I called Precision at about 10:30 this morning. Their service tech, Dylan, was here shortly after noon and has finished and left about 20 minutes ago. My spring on the door was broken. The technician gave me all the options from just a spring replacement to complete door maintence. Completed the service and cleaned up the area. I can't say enough great things about this company! My garage door would not close and they sent someone out within 1 hour to take a look.
