Your company is a 5 star business. The repair person arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and did it. Precision had a fast response I was surprised when they could come out with in 2 hrs of my call John was my tech he was very friendly and knowledgeable he was able to find my trouble quickly and did a fast repair he also checked out all the working parts of the door before leavening making sure I didn't have any more trouble This is the second time I used Prcision and would recommend them.

We came home late evening on a Friday and opened our garage door and then could not close it due to it being off the tracks. We were referred to Precision, received a call from the office who scheduled a technician to come to our home that night. The Technicians were very professional and took pride in the work. This is not found to often in a lot of businesses like yours. I do not rememeber the names of the techs but the one that really impressed me was the lead tech from the way it appeared. By the time he was done plus selling me I was about to buy a new garage for me and my neighbor. He is a very good sales person and I feel trustworthy. My original techs name was Jason but he is no longer there. I paid cash upfront and the job was incomplete and I waited several weeks to get the other half of my service just to be billed again. I would definatly not recommend them.

We have contacted Mr. Wickerhsam and corrected the mistake on the billing showing paid in full. We also waived the cost of our service call fee on the billing when we returned to Mr. Wickersham's home at a later date to accommodate for his inconvenience and try to earn his business back, as we like to have long relationships with our customers. Here at Precision we train our technician's to take care of our customer's garage repairs on the date of service. There are some rare cases that we may have to return to complete the service, in which case we try to take care the follow up quickly. The Precision Team strives to satisfy each customer to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, there are very rare times in which we have a situation that requires extra care, and we will respond with a solution that agrees with our customers.

5 stars. Called for service about 4:00 on Thursday and Kevin Blue arrived 2 hours later. Kevin was very professional and friendly and diagnosed problem as soon as he saw the garage door. Kevin told us our options and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He fixed the problem within the time frame he said. I would not hesitate to call Precision again and would welcome Kevin back as the service representative.

Your service technician, Blake, was very professional in his visit to our home. He diagnosed the problem bur did not pressure us in any way to make the decision to purchase a new opener. He thoroughly explained the installation process and the programming of the opener. He took pride in his work and was most courteous and proficient. I especially like the fact that you inform in advance the technician who will visit your home. Overall rating: 5 star

The scheduling person was polite and friendly to set up my appointment. Dylan M. called 30 min. before arriving and was 15 min. ahead of appointment time. I had a spring broke on my garage door. Dylan took time to explain my options and cost. Dylan is an outstanding technician and very polite. Dylan deserves 5 STARS Excellent. This kind of service is very rare in central Florida.
