I have used Precision Garage doors on more than one occasion and on more than one home (I have a rental as well). Each time I find them prompt and professional, always willing to take the time to explain things in a way that I can understand. I appreciate their quick response and professionalism of their service technicians.

Billy Price did a great job. The first set of springs he installed were too strong so he took everything apart and installed the correct springs.

This is our 3rd time using Precision for our garage door issues. We have 3 at our apartment community. We requested Eric again as his work is always done with a smile and done correctly. Eric was here at the time promised and solved the issue quickly. We highly recommend Eric and Precision to anyone needing the job done right!

How refreshing to have a company say they will be at the house between 5 and 8 pm and they show up at 4:55 on the SAME day you call!! Our tech clearly explained the operating points of our door and provided the info we needed to decide what we wanted to do. Our door needed new springs. He not only replaced the springs but ensured the other parts of the door were operating correctly. He was prompt, courteous, personable and professional. He made quick work of the repairs. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our garage door opened magically one evening, come to find out the circuit board had seen its better days. We called Precision the next morning and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. We received an email confirmation of the appointment with our tech's name, Billy Price. Billy did a thorough job of inspecting the entire garage with explanation of what was needed. He was in and out in 2 and 1/2 hours, my wife is now super excited have a working keypad which had been dead for 6 years. thanks Precision

Your service people are excellent. I'm not so sure about the product you sold us. I spent over $1000 on getting the garage door done correctly and your people have been here three times since it was installed. Is the problem the product you put in? I am not real happy with the continued problems we are having. Your guys are great but I would prefer to not see them any more.

Fast quality service. Friendly tech and same-day service. The tech told us issues that might arise soon and gave us an estimate for the cost of the parts also an estimate for the cost of a new garage door. However there were no hard-sell tactics used to try to make us purchase more. The only downside was the estimated quote information from the operator. The operator quoted prices for less expensive Springs even though she was told what kind of springs we needed.

Found Precision in the Yellow Pages and called for an appointment. They were here in under an hour. The technician Kevin was very polite, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. They presented me with three repair options and didn't try to sell me the best option. I opted for the best option and am glad I did. I would recommend their services to anyone!

My spring broke, and Jon diagnosed it - and that everything else was on the way out too. Jon replaced everything but the door - motor, springs, rollers, wires/cords, etc. He was great, nice, quick, and kind. Definitely appreciated it. Thanks Jon!

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. The technician Dylan was there within 2 hours after I called and was also very courteous and very helpful. He made the repair, educated me on the type of garage door I had (I am a new homeowner), and made much appreciated recommendations for future services that might be needed but didn't pressure me into anything. I will definitely use Precision as my garage door repair/replacement service center. Thank you Precision and Dylan!

We are repeat customers of Precision Door. Our previous experience was in Tampa and when the springs on our current Garage Door broke, I knew who to call - - Precision. The quality of customer service far exceeds other companies. The knowledge, professionalism and skill of the technicians is superb!! While the spring was the reason for this visit items were found during the safety inspection that needed repair. All items repaired during this visit saving us $$ and future problems!

My garage door coils were broken and my car trapped inside. The technician arrived in good time and notified me before arrival. He did the work quickly and efficiently and cleared up all the mess. I was very pleased with the result so give him 5 for a job well done. The most important criteria for me was the same day emergency service and Precision came through!
