Our garage door opened magically one evening, come to find out the circuit board had seen its better days. We called Precision the next morning and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. We received an email confirmation of the appointment with our tech's name, Billy Price. Billy did a thorough job of inspecting the entire garage with explanation of what was needed. He was in and out in 2 and 1/2 hours, my wife is now super excited have a working keypad which had been dead for 6 years. thanks Precision

Your service people are excellent. I'm not so sure about the product you sold us. I spent over $1000 on getting the garage door done correctly and your people have been here three times since it was installed. Is the problem the product you put in? I am not real happy with the continued problems we are having. Your guys are great but I would prefer to not see them any more.

Fast quality service. Friendly tech and same-day service. The tech told us issues that might arise soon and gave us an estimate for the cost of the parts also an estimate for the cost of a new garage door. However there were no hard-sell tactics used to try to make us purchase more. The only downside was the estimated quote information from the operator. The operator quoted prices for less expensive Springs even though she was told what kind of springs we needed.

They presented me with three repair options and didn't try to sell me the best option. I opted for the best option and am glad I did. I would recommend their services to anyone!

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. The technician Dylan was there within 2 hours after I called and was also very courteous and very helpful. He made the repair, educated me on the type of garage door I had (I am a new homeowner), and made much appreciated recommendations for future services that might be needed but didn't pressure me into anything. I scheduled my appointment through the Chat app on the website. The technicians called and kept me apprised on the exact arrival time, which occurred in less than 1 1/2 hours after my request. My garage door opener was not working. After a thorough check, I was told my 21 year old unit needed to be replaced. The house is listed for sale and I needed to be as cost efficient as possible. They worked with me to find a solution that worked for my budget, replacing not only the motor, but the springs, ball bearings and sensor eyes as well. All was completed in less than 2 hours.
