Called in to schedule a repair on garage door. Was originally scheduled for 2-5pm, but called back to say a tech can be at my place around 12:00. tech arrived on time and quickly repaired the door within minutes!! Awesome job!!!

This is the second time we used Precision. They came that day, on time and were clean and quick. They easily could have said we needed a full garage door opener replacement, since that is what we thought. But, the technician was fair and honest and said the only problem was the wiring. We are very please with Precision and would highly recommend.

Overall I was pleased with Charles. He was informative. I do however have some concerns. My invoice does not mention the type of door I am quoted (manufacturer) and the r-value given appears, based on my on line research, to be the lowest. I will call your office to discuss.

I called them after I called my old service provider and was informed they closed at 4:00. I looked on line and found Precision they were detailed, up front with pricing,and very quick with their service. The technician was very professional and I will call them again. My garage door springs broke right after I parked inside and the door closed. This happened on a Friday afternoon and the technician was working on fixing it literally 25 to 30 minutes after I called, then replaced my springs and rollers in no time at all with all new parts. I think this is probably the best service I ever had with anybody. I expected it to be fixed after the weekend at best and since I could not open the garage door at all to get my car out I was preparing myself for a not going anywhere weekend. They saved the day and my weekend, I highly recommend them and could not be any happier with their service.

We chose your company because of the replacement springs that were offered. It just seem to be a better deal to get the longer lasting springs for a door that is moving up and down all the time. My neighbors had got other quotes for less but when I looked at the springs that were installed I didn't get the best feeling ?? We found Precision on the web and we called and the lady and she explained the whole process and why the cost. The service call includes a photo of the service person coming to your home !!!!! How big is that ! The wife knew exactly who would be there to service our home and I really like that so it also is worth the cost. I would use then again and we are passing their name on to the rest of homes here since there is a rash of springs breaking in this area. The door is really quiet and smooth. I think we may get the nylon rollers next time if we do a repair again.

When I called early Friday afternoon, to my surprise they were able to scheduled to see what was my problem the same day. The technician Mike was very professional and immediately was able to tell me the problem. He recommended what product I needed and after installing my new garage opener he walked me through on how to work the remotes and how to maintain it by lubricating the wheels at least two times yearly. I am very satisfied with my new garage opener and how quiet it is. Thank you

I came home to find my garage door wouldn't go up, which I quickly saw to be a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door at about 2 PM and Dylan was here before 4 PM. He gave me clear options, with pricing, worked quickly and professionally, and was a very nice guy. By 5 PM, my car was back in my garage and the door works better now than it ever had during my 6 years owning this house. Thanks Dylan.

I attempted to open my garage door to go to work and the door's spring broke leaving me unable to open the door alone manually. I looked on-line and quickly just randomly chose Precision because it was 4pm and they offered 24/7 service. What a lucky choice! I spoke to a very nice girl and she scheduled a technician. The technician called me within 15 minutes to inform me he was on his way. His name was Eric Heintz. I showed him the problem and he took the time to explain to me what role the spring plays in the operation of the door. I also wanted to replace the rollers in the past but never attempted that task. He offered to perform that for me along with the cable set and bearings. The garage door has never been so smooth and quiet and the price was excellent for the amount of labor and parts involved. This whole job was completed in 2 hrs from when I first called for service through the time Eric was leaving. Amazing! This is an A++ business in my opinion and I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement performed. Thank you Eric and Precision!
