My tech was Blake. He contacted me when he was on his way to my home. Blake was punctual and very informative. He explained clearly what my issues were and what it would take to correct. He also gave me several options to satisfy me from a cost standpoint for the service I would be receiving. My problem was corrected and my door operates like new. Blake was very professional and efficient.

Door seal and weak springs replacement. Excellent service. Tech was able to arrive earlier than originally expected(same day response). Billy was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. I gained a better understanding of the garage door mechanism from him. Cost of repairs was reasonable. Would gladly use this company in the future.

Precision, from the first phone call to the completed work, was a professional and most reliable company. Our service tech, Blake, was courteous, on time, called to let us know his time of arrival and explained exactly what needed to be done and the cost. He is an asset to this company. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service and give Precision 5 stars!!!

I'm very happy with Precision Door Service. My tech was Jon. He discussed every aspect of the work to be done and he answered all of my question and then some. When he finished his work, there was no mess left behind like most contractors.

Andrew did a terrific job...knowledgeable and polite. He was so good I ended up having a motor driven opener installed by him. Excellent work, clean and fast. He even programmed my homelink in my car so I could open and park it in the garage if I ever get it clean enough so I have room. Great JOB Andrew. Thanks.

I scheduled my appointment through the Chat app on the website. The technicians called and kept me apprised on the exact arrival time, which occurred in less than 1 1/2 hours after my request. My garage door opener was not working. After a thorough check, I was told my 21 year old unit needed to be replaced. The house is listed for sale and I needed to be as cost efficient as possible. They worked with me to find a solution that worked for my budget, replacing not only the motor, but the springs, ball bearings and sensor eyes as well. All was completed in less than 2 hours. Dylan May and his associate were both very courteous and profession. I would highly recommend Precision to any one needing garage door replacement or repair.

My neighbor recommended Precision Door Service to me. I was very impressed with the knowledge, mechanical ability and quality of work that Andrew the technician demonstrated in his work. The garage door now can be lifted with just a slight lifting motion of one arm. The new springs and rollers installed are very quiet, something the old springs and rollers never were. I will highly recommend your services to others.

This is the second time we used Precision. They came that day, on time and were clean and quick. They easily could have said we needed a full garage door opener replacement, since that is what we thought. But, the technician was fair and honest and said the only problem was the wiring. We are very please with Precision and would highly recommend.

Overall I was pleased with Charles. He was informative. I do however have some concerns. My invoice does not mention the type of door I am quoted (manufacturer) and the r-value given appears, based on my on line research, to be the lowest. I will call your office to discuss.

Absolutely 5 star service! I have been using Precision for many years and am always more than pleased. This time, my house was hit by lightning and the opener motor/circuit board were totally fried. Dylan and Shane were on time, professional, diagnosed and repaired quickly, and even offered advice to avoid this in the future. Thank you.

I called them after I called my old service provider and was informed they closed at 4:00. I looked on line and found Precision they were detailed, up front with pricing, and very quick with their service. The technician was very professional and I will call them again. I also like the fact that I saw a picture of the technician that was coming to my home. Great job 5 Jeff

My garage door springs broke right after I parked inside and the door closed. This happened on a Friday afternoon and the technician was working on fixing it literally 25 to 30 minutes after I called, then replaced my springs and rollers in no time at all with all new parts. I think this is probably the best service I ever had with anybody. I expected it to be fixed after the weekend at best and since I could not open the garage door at all to get my car out I was preparing myself for a not going anywhere weekend. They saved the day and my weekend, I highly recommend them and could not be any happier with their service.

We chose your company because of the replacement springs that were offered. It just seem to be a better deal to get the longer lasting springs for a door that is moving up and down all the time. My neighbors had got other quotes for less but when I looked at the springs that were installed I didn't get the best feeling ?? We found Precision on the web and we called and the lady and she explained the whole process and why the cost. The service call includes a photo of the service person coming to your home !!!!! How big is that ! The wife knew exactly who would be there to service our home and I really like that so it also is worth the cost. I would use then again and we are passing their name on to the rest of homes here since there is a rash of springs breaking in this area. The door is really quiet and smooth. I think we may get the nylon rollers next time if we do a repair again.

When I called early Friday afternoon, to my surprise they were able to scheduled to see what was my problem the same day. The technician Mike was very professional and immediately was able to tell me the problem. He recommended what product I needed and after installing my new garage opener he walked me through on how to work the remotes and how to maintain it by lubricating the wheels at least two times yearly. I am very satisfied with my new garage opener and how quiet it is. Thank you
