Been a satisfied PDS customer since 2013... always prompt service, reasonable pricing and excellent warranty coverage on parts and labor. For the first time ever, our garage door locked us in... both cars. 30 min after calling PDS (after-hours), Nick came out to service the door (snapped cable) and was here for about 3 hours, making sure everything was properly working, in the rain...WOW. Was only charged a regular service call (no after-hours fee), covered one part under warranty, and reasonably charged for another part. The service call was for a broken spring and after hearing what Blake recommended he replaced both springs, the pulley cables and hardware. How refreshing to have a company say they will be at the house between 5 and 8 pm and they show up at 4:55 on the SAME day you call!! Our tech clearly explained the operating points of our door and provided the info we needed to decide what we wanted to do. Our door needed new springs. He not only replaced the springs but ensured the other parts of the door were operating correctly. He was prompt, courteous, personable and professional. He made quick work of the repairs.
