I was having a problem paring my cars to the garage door. I researched online and one of the top companies was Precision. I was able to make my appointment via chat ???????? My service rep Blake initially came to pair my cars to the garage door. He arrived on time and was able to not only pair my cars, he also provided me with a long overdue motor. ( I knew I needed one) He was able to give me a few tips for the future which was greatly appreciated. Blake was professional and has an excellent demeanor. I would use this company again and I recommend Blake.

Jacob did an excellent job with our repair. Although we thought our only problem was a broken spring on one door, he did a thorough examination of both of our garage doors and gave us several recommendations. He provided a complete explanation of how our system was performing and how it could be improved. There was no pressure whatsoever. We ended up purchasing more than we had planned, but we now have peace of mind with Precision's lifetime warranty on the new parts that Jacob installed. It is amazing how much quieter the doors are now.

Nick was my technician. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly. Surprising response to phone call. I was surprised at the same day service and the needed parts on carried on the truck. While the service technician was replacing my garage door bottom weather seal, a neighbor came by and wanted the same work done at his house. When the service technician was ready to leave after he completed the work he received a call from your office to go to the neighbors house. Fantastic.

Incredible service!! Woke up Saturday morning to a broken spring and a door that didn't want to open. I called at 8:30am and was given a window from 1pm-4pm and I was shocked when there wasn’t a weekend upcharge. Dylan called me just after 1 and let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly assessed the situation gave me his recommendations and went to work. I decided to have Dylan completely overhaul the springs, pulleys and rollers and within an hour or so he was done. The door is quieter and smother than ever. Price was very reasonable.
