The serviceman Nick appeared long before they scheduled me for 3pm....he was very, very nice and very, very knowledgaeble, did a tremendous amount of checking, changed the batteries. I have never had such an impressive service call, so efficient and the best there is. Thank you so very, very much.

Surprising response to phone call. I was surprised at the same day service and the needed parts on carried on the truck. While the service technician was replacing my garage door bottom weather seal, a neighbor came by and wanted the same work done at his house. When the service technician was ready to leave after he completed the work he received a call from your office to go to the neighbors house. Fantastic.

From the first call, I was impressed. We had our appointment scheduled in a timely manner and the technician showed up when scheduled. They even called to let us know he was on his way. He did a full inspection of both our garage doors and repaired our double door spring like a true professional!! Great company! Incredible service!! Woke up Saturday morning to a broken spring and a door that didn't want to open. I called at 8:30am and was given a window from 1pm-4pm and I was shocked when there wasn’t a weekend upcharge. Dylan called me just after 1 and let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly assessed the situation gave me his recommendations and went to work. I decided to have Dylan completely overhaul the springs, pulleys and rollers and within an hour or so he was done. The door is quieter and smother than ever. Price was very reasonable.

Jacob did an excellent job with our repair. Although we thought our only problem was a broken spring on one door, he did a thorough examination of both of our garage doors and gave us several recommendations. He provided a complete explanation of how our system was performing and how it could be improved. There was no pressure whatsoever. We ended up purchasing more than we had planned, but we now have peace of mind with Precision's lifetime warranty on the new parts that Jacob installed. It is amazing how much quieter the doors are now.
