5 stars. Called for service about 4:00 on Thursday and Kevin Blue arrived 2 hours later. Kevin was very professional and friendly and diagnosed problem as soon as he saw the garage door. Kevin told us our options and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He fixed the problem within the time frame he said. I would not hesitate to call Precision again and would welcome Kevin back as the service representative.

Your service technician, Blake, was very professional in his visit to our home. He diagnosed the problem bur did not pressure us in any way to make the decision to purchase a new opener. He thoroughly explained the installation process and the programming of the opener. He took pride in his work and was most courteous and proficient. My Wife called Precision this morning and within two hours our technician, Kevin, was with us. We could not believe how quickly someone responded to our call and two hours later our broken garage door opener was replaced!! Kevin was meticulous about his work, and thoroughly explained what our guarantee covered. Would never hesitate in recommending this very professional and caring company to anyone (unlike the first company who came last week, assessed the situation and never returned to do the work - shame on them)!!

I would have given this first contact with your company a 5 for the work that was performed. However the technician was supposed to be here between 1000 and 1200 but called at 1201 to say he was running late. He arrived here at 1220.

I had 2 new springs fitted. I got a next day appointment the service was fast and friendly,it was also cheaper than 2 other quotes that I had. Would definately use Presion again.
