I called Precision at about 10:30 this morning. Their service tech, Dylan, was here shortly after noon and has finished and left about 20 minutes ago. He told me what was wrong and fixed it and stated other items that would need attention in the future. Best service I've had from any company in a long time.

My spring on the door was broken. The technician gave me all the options from just a spring replacement to complete door maintence. Completed the service and cleaned up the area. Also adjusted my garage door opener. Technician was on time, gave good service and was courteous. Gave a good explanation of my options. Comparing reviews from other companies found the price an the same range.

I asked about a complete new door and he showed me what was available, how it would fit, and they advantages of a lifetime warranty. A few calls, and the installers will be here in a couple hours and have it completely installed today. great service and no hard sell,

One of our garage door springs broke last night, and we made a service appointment for today. Andrew arrived within the stated time frame and even called to let us know when he was about twenty minutes away. The scheduling person was polite and friendly to set up my appointment. Dylan M. called 30 min. before arriving and was 15 min. ahead of appointment time. I had a spring broke on my garage door. Dylan took time to explain my options and cost. Dylan is an outstanding technician and very polite. Dylan deserves 5 STARS Excellent. This kind of service is very rare in central Florida.

5 stars. Called for service about 4:00 on Thursday and Kevin Blue arrived 2 hours later. Kevin was very professional and friendly and diagnosed problem as soon as he saw the garage door. Kevin told us our options and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He fixed the problem within the time frame he said. I would not hesitate to call Precision again and would welcome Kevin back as the service representative.
