I would rate your service a 5. Called on a Saturday and got an appointment for Sunday for a broken spring. Ryan came on time, calling before he came. He was very polite and knowledgeable, reviewing all options with me with no high pressure, and finished the service in a timely manner. I would recommend Precision and use them again when needed.

My door opener disengaged from the garage door. I made a call in late morning and was given an appointment for late the same afternoon. I received a call in early afternoon asking if I would like an earlier service call. Upon arriving the repair man introduced himself and explained that he would need a few minutes to assess the problem and perform an inspection. When he finished he provided me with a through explanation of the problem, the corrective measures he would take and some suggestions to improve operation. We discussed some options, agreed on the cost and the work was complete within a reasonable time frame. The door operates quieter and with less strain than it ever has. Pleasant, friendly, on-time and reasonably priced. Problem solved. It doesn't get any better than that.

My garage door spring broke. I called Precision since they had replaced my garage door opener and I was extremely satisfied with my past experience. The tech arrived at my home in about and hour. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced my spring, rollers and wires. He completed the repair and service quickly. Precision came to my attention after seeing their "Home Expert" segment many times on WFTV. My garage door had damaged hardware that was beyond my ability to repair, so I gave them a call. Their phone representative was very helpful and set me up with a same day appointment. The tech (Eric) was on time, calling me when he was 30 minutes out. He gave me an accurate estimate before starting work, giving me several options starting with "make it work for now" all the way up to "make it work for years". The price was fair so I went with a total hardware replacement (springs, bearings, new cables, hubs, etc.) He also fixed a bent track and lubricated all of the hinges and rollers. The door is now runs quiet and opens easily even with the door opener disengaged. I was very happy with the service and even happier with the piece of mind.
