From beginning to end, the service was excellent, promptly and efficiently done. I believe the field manager was Ryan and the installer was Charlie. I was not here for much of the time because my husband had an appointment with FRI and I am his driver and caretaker, but I put my trust in Charlie, and he didn't let me down. As advertised, they were here within 24 hours. The technician was courteous & informative. My repair was fairly easy (new bracket for control arm), but he also lubricated joints & was finished within 15 minutes. Very satisfied.

To my dismay I went out yesterday and could not get out of my garage door due to a broken spring. I called around for estimates and decided to try Precision. The confirmation on my email indicated the tech I would be having to my home and a bio on him so I would know what he looked like upon arriving. He called to ask if he could come early which was good for me. He was fast, knowledgable and gave me two dif- ferent prices to choose which way to go to put the new spring in. I hope I do not have any further problems but would call Precision again.

Van origiinally serviced our door in August 2012 with new springs, pulleys and cable. My double door stopped working consistently recently and after discussing with Van, we decided to purchase a new door after 15yrs. As always, Van did a great job and we are very pleased with the new door.

I called around most of the day trying to find a company that can accommodate my work schedule.. Called precision pleasant over the phone answered all of my questions , made my appointment and they were able to schedule my appointment and the time frame I would be home so no need for me to leave work early. They emailed me to confirm my appointment , was there on the time frame they provided .Very impressed with the work and quality of the job from the company and the technician that come and fixed my garage door. I would definitely recommend this company for any garage repair I may need again and to my friends and family ... They made my day :). Also talked about the product they installed and explained on the work that they repaired.Special mention to Scott H.

I was extremely impressed with both Van Babcock(who came to give me an estimate and explain the quality differences to me) and William Shank(who came and installed my new garage door and opener) the next day! William ran into complications with the old wood framing and handled it wonderfully. Both were professional and friendly. I would recommend Precision to everyone!

Well, first impressions are not always correct as was discovered in my recent experience with Precision Doors of Florida. I previously wrote that I was dissatisfied with the routine maintenance service that was done. My complaint brought me an immediate response from the company. Within days, Scott personally came out to check the doors and re-service them. I found that it wasn't so much that the original service was not done correctly but that I was not informed why certain services, that I thought were needed, were not performed. Scott took his time in thoroughly checking the doors and explaining to me why each item was done and why certain items did not need servicing. I was very impressed by the way my complaint was handled and resolved. I can now say that, whenever I have a need for any service related to my garage doors, I will definitely call Precision. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great service! Garage door broke at 4:45pm on a Friday evening. Called several other companies, no one answered the phone. Called Precision, receptionist answered the phone, and we scheduled appointment for the following Saturday morning. Charlie came out and replaced the springs, and wheels and did a fantastic job! Thank you Precision for having great, last minute, weekend service!

Excellent customer service on the phone and with the technicians. The technicians were polite, professional, and explained what was wrong and how they would fix it.
