Eugene arrived, I decided to replace the door, he picked the door up and was back in a timely manner. He replaced the door and I'm very happy with it. Blake my service tech was awesome he fixed my door in a timely manor and let me know what he was doing and why every step of the way. I put my new door in 2 years ago after backing my car thru it and I did not know who and where to go for a door. We just moved to FL in September and were looking to have our garage door opener replaced because it was very loud and we only had one opener. We looked around and were impressed by your detailed site. The videos you have online explaining each type of opener were very helpful. We have dealt with other garage door companies from the state we moved from and none were as good as what we experienced with Precision. Our technician, Eric, arrived promptly and was very professional. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and to our satisfaction. I was I a panic early that morning when I realized I could not get my vehicle out of the garage in order to get to work. With the help of a friend I was able to manually lift the garage door enough to got the car out. I contacted precision on my way to work and they were able to get a technician out that evening to do the necessary repairs. Eric was the gentleman who did the work and did a wonderful job. I had many issues to repair since the system was about 25 years old. The door is running beautifully and much more quietly as well. Thank you Eric for a job Well Done and for working so late in the day to give me back my peace of mind and feeling of security..

We were very pleased with the quick response time and professional service displayed by the call representative and the technician. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain everything. He easily answered all of our questions and made sure the install was a job well done. We had our house built 15 years ago and the garage has been repaired 3 other times by other companies. Obviously those other companies did not do a good job. The job Blake did was so good our garage door works better now than it ever did (including the day that we got our CO and moved in)!

I had called for an appointment late in the evening and they scheduled me between 2pm and 4pm the following day. Ryan called me in the morning letting me know someone could be there for 12 noon if that worked for me. Joshua called and arrived at 11:30. Joshua explained to me the different tiers of servicing/replacement options and I made the decision to go with his recommendations which gave me longer warrantees, etc. Joshua replaced my automatic garage door opener, installed a new garage button in the interior, installed an outdoor keypad and did a complete over haul on parts. He was professional yet very friendly and was great at explaining the best options for me. I would definitely recommend Joshua and Precision!

Awesome Service!!!! Called the Sanford phone number and right away they picked up, gave me a price quote over the phone, unlike other companies. They told me a range of time to wait for the tech was between 4-6pm and around 330 the technician was already calling that he was on his way. After assessing the door problem, the technician fixed it within 25 minutes and on the same day that it broke!!!!

This is customer service, period. My door opener broke this morning. I called and they scheduled somebody to come out between 2-4 on the same day. I was happy enough with same day service, but then they called back and said they had a technician available within 30 minutes if I was interested. I sure was, and he showed up 25 minutes later. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He installed a new opener within an hour. Outstanding service.

Precision took amazing care of me. They offered to be at my house in about 2 hours which was impressive, but it turned out to be much better. A technician was right around the corner from me and within 30 minutes of my call he was working on my door. He, Bill, noticed that my door had Precision products and called his office to confirm. I had forgotten I used them about 7 years ago. The work was under warranty. Bill is great and did a superb job explaining the work and completing the job. I made sure he put stickers on the inside of my door as a reminder to only call Precision in the future.

I donâ??t often taken the time to write company reviews but I am so impressed with Precision Door that I want to comment. We have been customers for several years now and know that we can count on them when we call for garage door repairs. They respond quickly and arrive on time and even call if they will be a few minutes late. Imagine that! There are not enough companies like them that take pride in their work, value their customers and use the highest quality of parts in their repairs and new installations. They just installed new doors and openers for us and took the time to make sure everything worked perfectly, answered all our questions and even programmed the remote buttons in our cars. Precision Door replaced both springs and rollers on our 15+ year old garage door in 2007. In April, 2014, one of the springs broke. When I called Precision Door about the warranty, I was told that the warranty had run out the year before. The office manager, Patti, indicated that even though the springs were out of warranty, they would still offer a discount for the repair, seeing as the warranty had just run out. The technician that came to do the repair, Blake, was very professional and inspected the door and hardware. He mentioned that the hardware appeared to be in good working order and suggested that all of the hardware he observed should last another five to seven years. He went on to explain that although the springs installed in 2007 were appropriate for the number of panels for our door, he believed they might have been undersized based on the heavy duty weight of the door. He installed larger springs and adjusted our garage door opener to optimize performance. Blake did a great job and did not try to sell us on anything we did not need, a characteristic that is rare amongst repair personnel that are far more knowledgeable about their trade than consumers. We paid the bill provided to us by Blake as he was professional and pleasant to work with. After the repair, I called the office to voice my displeasure with Precision Door for installing the incorrect springs back in 2007. I explained to the young lady that answered the phone that, I believed if the repair had been completed with the appropriately sized springs in 2007, based on what Blake explained to us, we might not have needed new springs in 2014. I went on to say that, if this was a common practice of Precision Door, installing inappropriate equipment to ensure return business, then I felt they were dishonest and took advantage of customers that did not know any better. I was surprised to receive a phone call later that same evening, around 7:30, well after closing time for the company, from the office manager Patti. She indicated that my message had reached her office, she had spoken to the technician and the owner, and they felt it was the right thing to do to refund the cost of the repair that had just been performed. I was dumbfounded that a company, that I thought was shrewdly taking advantage of unknowledgeable customers, was so customer service oriented that they felt they had some blame due to the inappropriate repair in 2007 and took full financial responsibility for making the situation right. I offered to pay the difference in the cost of the inappropriate springs installed in 2007 and the appropriate springs installed in 2014, and Patti would have none of it. She stated that this was their error in 2007, and they owned it. From my perspective, I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs garage door service and will contact them in the future if we ever need service. By exceeding my customer service expectations, they have certainly made a customer for life because I know they are fair and stand behind their work, good or bad, and they will do what is fair to make the situation right. Blake was extremely nice and informative and thorough with his inspection and explanation of what was going on with my old garage door and what needed to be repaired and/or replaced. Because of how late the appt began, I was very surprised that he planned to stay and do all of the work in the same evening, which kept him busy until 11pm. We programmed the exterior key pad before he left and he programmed the homelink button in my car. It was quite a lot more than I really wanted to spend to replace the motor and parts, but I'm very happy to have a lifetime warranty, a respectable local company, and a really nice, professional guy available if I need anything. I'm very pleased.

Ifound you by google and the add you were rated at 4.8 and very few garage door co. have a good rating. I have heard all the news reports of how garage door co. try to pressure you into buying something you don't need. the service tech was good and quick. He explained what he was doing and since i have many years of machine shop expierence i knew if he was trying to sell me something i did not neeed. I liked the fact thet you powder coat the springs and that is what he replaced. I keep my garage door lubed with garage door spray and do the upkeep on it. the tech did a good job. Thanks
