William was the technician that serviced my door. He was on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. He explained the options I had to repair my garage door but did not give me the typical "pushy salesman" pitch. The customer service was extremely polite when I called late at night with a plea for help. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

I have always used another company and frankly have been disappointed with their customer service. I had a major issue with my garage door on a Sunday( of course) and I called your company after seeing your BB rating. The staff were very nice and efficient and assured me the tech would be here Monday morning. Eric arrived promptly and went over several options with me and I KNEW that my 15 year old equipment was on its last leg. He did not try to pressure me into any extra parts or services and actually helped to save me funds. He did an excellent job and my garage door and all new parts are so QUIET I can't tell when it's opening and closing anymore!!!! What a difference and I absolutely loved Eric's explanations and attention to detail with every facet of my repairs!!! PRECISION ROCKS!!! Thank you--- you are the only garage door company I will ever use from now on!!!!

Wow, Great Service! I thought that my garage door was going to have to be replaced but Precision came out promptly and replaced all of my rollers and now the door operates better than when I first received it from the builder! I highly recommend Precision!

The repair man showed up on time and replaced the broken parts and also did some tune up work. He thoroughly explained what he was doing along with making an adjustment to the side rails that improved the overall operation of the door. I would give this service provider 5 stars.

I am very happy with Precision. I called at 8:40am and they were able to get a technician to my home within an hour. Blake, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and advised of various options. It took 2+hours but my door is working again and is better than new with warranted parts. Thanks Blake!

William did a great job installing our garage door. He explained in detail what he would be doing. After completion he picked up every bit of trash and even swept the garage floor twice to ensure all was picked up. I would truly recommend William for any job and you should be glad you have such an employee that takes great pride in and enjoys his job. Definitely a 5. You need to buy him dinner!

I have utilized Precision Doors twice now for upgrades, repairs to my garage door opener and garage door. Exceptionally outstanding service by every measure. Technicians are personable, knowledgeable, and precise in their work.
