Came on time and performed the service as promised. A broken seal was replaced. It was good to have the written report with diagnostics and a few different options for repair. Since the original request was for replacing the door seal, I didn't proceed to have it repaired but overall experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommended.

Precision did a wonderful job improving my whole garage door opener system. It is quite, operates easily with many great upgrades to what I had. In addition they installed an insulation package on my metal door that has reduced the temperature so much. Now I can work in the garage even in the heat of the summer. The staff were very prompt, informative and installed a high quality product. I highly recommend Precision!

Your confirmation of service is just awesome...including pictures & information about your techs!!! Blake was our tech and he was just super...explaining our problems, several solutions, & gave us the opportunity to choose with no pressure whatsoever, and most assuredly with such professionalism! Called Saturday morning and was fortunate to get an appointment later that same day. Technician arrived promptly as promised, explained the situation and suggested a couple of alternatives. The work was a little more than I had intended on paying, but ultimately I feel "you get what you pay for", so I thought I got my money's worth. Work was done quickly, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. So ... what else could you ask for?!

i called at 8am and I was given a time of between 930am and 1230pm for the technicians arrival. Jon called me and told me he would be there in 20 minutes, and at 10am he was there. Jon diagnosed the problem, showed me the rusted and broken cable, explained the repair and cost, and got to work. Jon got the repair done, ensured that the motor was set properly, and left. I am impressed with the response with short notice, the quick repair, and the efficiency of the whole process. I will only use Percision for my two doors

We called on Sunday afternoon about the garage door opener we'd had installed beginning to hangand Dylan came out the very next day. He even worked around our schedule, giving us time to safely get home before he arrived. He was polite and fast as usual; stood behind the install, so the call was free. Would definitely recommend as we're enjoying our new garage door opener.

Garage door was not closing all the way. I liked the appointment process where they give you a 3 hour window to perform the work, but arrive at the scheduled start time. My technician (Dylan) called me prior to the appointment time and said he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem (sensors were not staying aligned) and recommended replacements. This was completed quickly and the problem was solved. He also checked out my garage door and springs for any issues and lubricated the hinges. The cost for the visit/repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if needed and I would highly recommend Precision Door to my friends.

The ability to respond to my problem the same day was exceptional, and Andrew, the tech, was able to quickly and efficiently fix the garage door opener. He diagnosed the mother board problem, and also received a manager's OK to not charge for the defective board, even though it was out of warranty.
