Wow I cannot recall having a company ever coming to my home and fix anything that fast. I had a broken spring in my garage door I called these folks and requested service at around 0840 pm on Monday night and they had the door up and running by 0940 am the next day. The price of the repair (I think) was a bit high but I have to admit they did fix it right the first time. Today is Friday (after they fixed the door) and the door is still working like a charm. Maybe is just me but I kind of now hear the door working a bit smoother after they repairman put the new springs. Yes I would call them again if I have to.

I had an issue with my Logic Board. Lift Master sent me the part and I relied on Precision to install it. William came out and reviewed with me the task requested. Upon investigation, found that the doors needed balancing and some general maintenance. Since I have Twin RV doors he invited Ryan, one of the Managers to take a look and help advise. Ryan came out and did adjustments as needed and suggested replacing the rollers. I went with his recommendation. All service was performed in one day with experienced and curtiuos guys. Another tech arrived, Nick, who helped with the final programming. Great team with great results. I enjoyed their personalities and professionalism. They are the guys to use for your garage door needs.

Blake arrived on time, called ahead, and had the dopey garage door fixed in 5 minutes. Awesome. Blake had previously refurbished our door two years ago and we've not had a single problem. We are getting an estimate tomorrow for a new door current to wind codes. Pleasure doing business with Precison. One of the few contractors that delivers!! Recommendation: why not post quick fix videos on your website for simple fixes that can be easily Illustrated with a two to three minute video. This mornings fix involved teaching the garage door its route would be a perfect example. Thanks!

While I was very satisfied with the service and the technician I was disappointed that there was no mention of a discount until I received this email within the hour to rate my satisfaction after the job was completed. When I selected the "chat"option to ask about the discount I was told that the customer is supposed to "ask for this at the time of service" but that they would have a manager call me back to see if they could make an adjustment for me. How was I supposed to have asked for a discount at the time of service when I knew nothing about a discount?? And needless to say - no one ever called me back. So for that reason I am only giving them 3 stars. Honesty, trustworthiness and good customer service follow-up are very important to me. I purchased springs, rollers and cable.

I was happy to find you were available on weekends as my problem happened on Saturday afternoon when I discovered the garage door would slowly drop to the floor when I tried to stop it opening up all the way. Very pleased with the quick response and professional job completed on my garage door torsion spring replacement. Your service tech Jonathan was out within an hour after my call for service. Jonathan was very professional and completed the replacement with properly sized springs (I have a heavy steel door), and then thoroughly checked and realigned my door track frame and rollers (my system is 25 years old and never really serviced except for two other spring replacements). I am also pleased to have a lifetime warranty now on my garage door. Excellent job.

Johnathon has just finished installing a new motor on my 19 year old garage door opener. I called around 1030 a.m. and was told a service rep would be here between 3 and 5 p.m. John arrived at 3;50 P.M .and explained, explicitly what my problem was, quoted very fair prices, and when I asked when I could expect the work to be done He said "How does right now sound? I have every thing I need with me "He finished the job, walked us through operation procedures in a very professional manner. HE GETS FIVE STARS FROM THIS OLD GEEZER !!!!!
