What a great experience! (And I am very critical of customer service). Day after Christmas and my spring snapped, I called three garage door companies and Precision replied right away. Blake showed up at my house to give me a quote about an hour and a half from initial contact. Bernard the technician called to tell me he’d be here in 20 minutes, showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and knocked it out like a pro. All this took place before their competition had even replied to my initial request for a quote. Great business experience, I’ll definitely recommend them to all my circle.

My garage door spring broke so I called Precision as I’d heard good things about them. They arrived quickly and had the repair done in no time. I had them overhaul the door as well since my home is older and everything else was wearing out as well. They provided a great value for the money and my door is now as quiet as a brand new one.

It was amazing to me to find such a wonderful Co. to install a garage door opener. Not only are they reputable, but very professional and HONEST!! Originally, we had bought and hired a someone through Home Depot to install it. Come to find out, they were charging us $194.00 Extra for an installation kit and to "tighten a wire" that we didn't need tightened in the first place! They were extremely Professional.....parked out on the road in front of the house so as not to risk their vehicle dripping oil on the driveway, they called as they were heading on over and were extremely courteous! I highly recommend this Company for all your garage door openers as they stand behind everyone they sell!

Well beyond anything I expected. I was working and the tech talked to my wife. He talked her through every single part of the process, was curtious, and didn't try to "sell us" on things we didn't need. We ended up with the full install, because we needed it, and they were in and out in a few hours. Plus, lifetime warranty. Are you kidding me? Awesome guys!

I called because my garage door opener stopped working. They came out that day. He diagnosed that the control board was burned out and showed it to me. I was able to replace it that day. A second repairman came 30 minutes later with the replacement unit and installed it that afternoon. I upgraded the opener to a quieter model and replace the rollers on the garage door with rubber. Now it is whisper quiet. He even helped me set up the outside keypad. I reccomend Precision Garage Door.

I needed an opener and had already decided that I wanted a belt drive, wi-fi model. However, after meeting with Tyler, who performed a thorough inspection of my garage door, I was alerted that I needed other parts replaced and additional services as well. Tyler, showed me all the deficiencies, and also laid out a number of opener and repair options. It should be understood that this was not a sales pitch. It was an educational dialogue that empowered me to make an informed decision based on my needs and budget. After authorizing repairs, Mason, the installer arrived in a timely manner, and did an outstanding job performing all the work my door needed. Like Tyler, Mason, was an experienced professional, skilled at his his trade, that worked efficiently through what can be summed up as an overhaul to my garage door. Previous garage repairs by a competitor, proved to be inferior and were remedied by the Precision Team. I would like to say that because my garage door was still functioning, I had the luxury of shopping around and doing some comparison shopping. This company was not the least expensive but they weren’t the most expensive either. However, that being said, I will add that this company stands at the top on various levels so when you get to the bottom line they may be less expensive than their competitors because they go the extra mile to meet and, at least in my case, exceed expectations. They did everything I requested and met all timelines they promised. My garage door is whisper quiet and rolls so smooth it is hard to believe it’s the same door. In the end, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience which was a necessary evil. I will not hesitate to use Precision again and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs garage door service or repair.
