I have utilized Precision Doors twice now for upgrades, repairs to my garage door opener and garage door. Exceptionally outstanding service by every measure. Technicians are personable, knowledgeable, and precise in their work. The garage door opener that Precision installed is so quiet, that I have to look a couple times to ensure the door went up before backing out of the garage.

I was very pleased with the fact that you were able to schedule my service for the same day I called. Prior to the scheduled appointment time, Eric called to tell me that he was running late, and called again to let me know when he was on his way to my house. I was impressed that he stayed until 11:30 pm to complete the work.

From the minute I made my appointment over the phone, I knew I was choosing a good company. Precision obtained my email address and sent me an email confirmation of my appointment, as well as a possible tech, and a list of all their techs, giving me the opportunity to look at my tech and various reviews. Those were very helpful! My tech ended up changing day-of to Andrew Hecker. He arrived in a Precision truck, in uniform. When I opened the door, he was very cordial and allowed me to show him to the garage. He took a look at the various components and assessed the situation. He was very straightforward and honest and treated me well, not dumbing down any of the things that needed to be done because I was a woman. He explained what needed to be done, and answered any additional questions I had. He went over various pricing options with me to ensure that I understood the different price points. He completed the work in about an hour, and the garage seems to operate much smoother now. When he was done, he showed me all the original parts, explained the new parts, and offered to show me additional details of the garage door. I'm looking forward to having a working garage door again! I have the peace of mind knowing that I have their lifetime service warranty if I ever need it (but hopefully I won't!). Andrew was a complete professional, and I was very happy with the service I received today.

Quite honestly you were the first person I called and was given a price range. That made the repair a more less known quantity. Eric, the technician was great and found that the bearings also needed to be replaced. The door opens and closes much more quietly now. Great tech, very friendly, and informative. Our original garage door opener was installed by a different company when the house was first built. The spring and one of the cables recently broke and we called Precision for repair work. Precision was on site and completed repairs the same day. We had the original chain drive garage door opener replaced with a new belt drive Precision opener. What a difference! No more clunky, noisy garage door - it is now perfectly smooth and quiet. The service technician did an excellent job and was totally professional.

First of all, unlike a number of other companies I contacted, Precision Door Service recognized an emergency and had a technician out to my house within a few hours, instead of a couple of days. The technician, Van Babcock, was prompt, knowledgeable, and repaired my garage door springs and rollers, and installed a new door opener quickly and without a mess. You cannot hear the door moving now.

We called Precision Service Door around mid-day after discovering that our garage door opener would not open our garage door beyond about 18 inches without stopping, shaking, and making a very loud noise. Service Technican William was scheduled to arrive sometime between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. that evening; he arrived at 5:55 p.m. which was greatly appreciated. William diagnosed the problem, and communicated the repair options in plain English, not industry terminology. Once we selected the level of repair and signed the written estimate on his iPad, William quickly and skillfully replaced the carriage assembly, both torsion springs, both cables and cable drums, and all rollers; William also ensured the garage door was properly balanced, which should extend the life of our existing garage door opener. After removing the existing torsion springs, cable drums, and cables, and before installing their replacements, William showed us the differences in the quality of the replacement materials compared to the existing materials, which was quite striking and impressive. Our garage door has never opened and closed this quietly; I would estimate a 50% reduction in noise level, and thatâ??s without replacing the existing screw driven garage door opener. Overall, we are very satisfied with the level of service we received from Precision Service Door and their expert Service Technican William. Highly recommended company!

After a brief conversation I can say that the folks at Precision are truly committed to providing exceptional services. They listened and acted upon my concerns and ultimately took responsibility for what was a very small concern. They stepped up and invested in the customer relationship to ensure I am satisfied. The Precision team are top-notch, an A+. I will recommend them to my friends going forwards. Thanks Guys! You went above and beyond. Totally unexpected but how real business is done. 1 STAR REVIEW (original) 4/22/13 The work the tech did was very good. When I called for the appointment, I was told you would replace only one spring, unless the other spring looked suspect. Nothing was mentioned about the danger of re-using an old spring and only replacing one. I told the tech that I just replaced one spring 1 year ago. He said due to safety reasons he would be able to replace just one spring. He said you should always replace both. I get that, and maybe should have. However I think I was forced into either paying $69 for the service call or replace both. The bill was $320. I will not be able to recommend your company going forward. - sorry, but time for you to deliver new sales tactics. Call if you want more info.
