The tech actually arived early. I had some questions and he answered them knowledgably to give me confidence in the opener I selected. He installed the opener quickly and then showed me how to operate it and make any changes to the programming if I wanted to change things in the future. Overall a vey impressive job.

We called with no notice and was a first time customer. Precision not only made sure a technician was dispatched within hours, they called to let us know when he was coming and followed up with an email.
