I will recommend your company to anbody asking who should they call for a new door. I had other companies give me estimates.. which were lower then yours. One company missed the appointment time by 4 hours, compared to you being on time, which to me is a big item. But what really sold me was your employee, when he gave me the estimate and espcially when he did the installation - did not rush, made sure the job was done right - he didn't have to rush off the next job, maybe that was because of the scheduling - good job! thanks for a job well done

My experience was good. The tech was good. I do need the Warranty I was promised in person with this email. It would be 5 stars if it were sent to me. I see none and no paper was exchanged...so I had a verbal only. Please mail me my warranty or email me one. I paid extra for lifetime. The purchase button only allows me to mention one thing and won't let me chose multiple springs, rollers, cables, everything to make it new like. All it let me do is target springs. Thanks. I hope you can do this.

Rebuilt garage door, new rollers, replaced springs, replaced center spring support, new belt drive opener, realigned side tracks, installed safety clearance system, new remotes, stationary outside opener, repaired push button switch, new cables and j-bar, balanced door system all within three hours. Very efficient and cleaned work area before leaving. Good job, well done.

We had a spring break on our door, so I sat down and started looking on line for a repair service. While there were plenty to choose from, I felt real at ease when I talked to the agent on the phone. He let me know how much it would cost, when the tech. would be here. Our technicians names were George and Jeremy,they were in and out in no time explained every detail and we couldn't be happier with their service. Will recommend this company to everyone. I did not know my door could be this quiet. Thanks alot

My experience, was moving back into my home after many years and finding much of the house in disrepair including the garage door that was inoperable. Contacting PDS and getting an appointment was very easy, the tech called to inform me that he was on his way, less than an hour. Once he arrived the technician performed an evaluation of the door provided me clear descriptions and options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the garage door industry and extremely professional. I chose the garage door refurbish, which replaces rollers,springs and tightens the bolts. He also took the time to explained how to perform basic upkeep maintenance for the door. Overall Five Star great job!

Called at 7:15 am because our door was stuck in the down position and we needed to get the cars out and go to work. By 8:15 am the door was opened and by 10:00 is was totally refurbished. Responsive service in a desperate situation. Not cheap, but worth it.

Great Job! I called the DeBary number with an emergency need to replace our damaged beyond repair garage door because we were leaving town in two days and would be gone for at least a week. The office personnel were very efficient, friendly, professional and got a technician to the house in less than one hour who very efficiently gave us an estimate. A door had to be picked up at the warehouse, the installer arrived ahead of time, was very professional, friendly and installed the new door and opener the same day. Thank you all for getting us out of this mess. It was a pleasure dealing with all involved. Good Job!!!

Only because the day that the appointment was set, had to be changed due to the installer being double booked. 5 stars for Chris Wheaton, the guy who came out both times , once to give me an estimate, and the second time for the install, was awesome. He has a great personality, very friendly and very knowledgeable of the products he installs. I would highly recommend Precision to family and friends in need of garage doors and openers. I did not know that Precision runs background checks and drug tests on their personnel before but this is extremely important and delivers VALUE for customers. Your screening process of your personnel definitely shows. Your price is higher than I could have obtained from other sources but there is value in the level of service and safety you deliver. I will have to admit, your personnel ( Eric and Charlie) that I dealt were are OUTSTANDING in every way. OUTSTANDING quality and installation process! Calls and appointments completed like clock work!
