Bill showed up promptly and looked at my broken spring. He had replacement parts on his truck and quickly replaced the springs and now the garage door works better than ever. He even ensured that it closed properly and adjusted the garage door opener. This was all done on a Sunday at a reasonable price. Thanks so much. JP

Bill arrived early in the time slot which was appreciated (being a Sunday evening!). He was very knowledgeable and that showed in his quality of work. He took the time to explain what he was done and provided an estimate of the cost. He listened and then went to work. Shortly after that he had the garage door fixed and sounding good as new. The 1st thing I would mention is what a surprise to get a real person,on a Sunday, answer the phone. Then was told someone could be there that afternoon. John Winkler was courteous, efficent, pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the work at hand. He was very aware of the quality of work he wanted to perform.

I was a little confused that I couldn't a technician on your site called Edwin, but neverless he came in a company van and wearing a company uniform. He was knowledgeable, courteous and competent. I am totally satisfied with the service I received. I had scheduled several appiontments for estimates to replace broken spring and for replacing doors at two locations. Percision was the second company to come out. After talking with my technician Ryan Summers I decided to have Percision replace my springs. Mr. Summers appeared to be very knownledgable with their products and with repair procedures. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to repair my door, what were my options and warranty coverage. Mr. Summers was very courteous and professional. I will not be able to replace doors at this time but when I do decide to replace them Precision Door Service will be my choice. Keep up the good work!
