OTHERS WILL CALL FOR SERVICE SINCE THEY SEEN THE VEHICLE WITH THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND ALSO THE UNIFORMS AND NAME TAG. YES, I CALL FOR SERVICE ON OUR GARAGE DOOR REPAIR. JOHN WINKLER CAME BY, I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. JOHN EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, QUOTED THE PRICE. JOHN REPRESENTS HIMSELF AND THE COMPANY IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. My garage doors are eleven years old. One of the original springs finally failed. After talking with my technician,john,I decided to have both garage doors rebuilt. John installed new springs,rollers and balanced both doors. John arrived when expected, did a thorough evaluation and provided me with an estimate. He then proceeded to rebuild the doors in an efficient, competent manner.I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing installation or repair of their garage doors.

I needed service on an issue with the garage door not closing properly and leaving a gap on one side. Jeff was sent to service the door and he found the problem right away, fix it and noticed the rollers were not working properly, after taking a closer look we found the rollers to be worn out and causing the door to make a lot of noise and the motor to work extra hard. I decided to have them replaced and now the door works like new. I like to thank Jeff for his professionalism and a job well done.

My door was in pretty bad shape, and I couldn't even open it manually. I recently bought a new Mustang convertible, so I want it INSIDE the garage, not out. Justin came over and fixed the door and it works great now. Justin showed up on time, and did great work. If I ever have any other problems, I'll call Precision again.
