This is one of the best sevice companies in Central Florida. The technician, Bill, was on time and called one hour before arrival. Bill inspected the door and gave me an itemized quote. He was very detailed at explaining everything and showed me the work he would preform. Bill completed the job in less than an hour and he even inspected and lubed my other door. Andrew Hecker is a responsible young man. He arrived on time and explained all the necessary things that Hilario needed to know before he began the job. Hilario agreed to it and he called his helper who also arrived promptly. The job was to repair the garage door, new rollers, 2 new rails, 2 springs, etc. My husband loves the guarantee you have. They work so fast he didn't notice when the door was installed. lol. We are satisfied with their work, his attitude, and his way of making the client feel relaxed. I did not remember seeing any advertising, so I did not call because of that. My mom had a positive experience and recommended calling you when my garage door broke. The technician was very helpful and seemed to be honest about what my options were. While he encouraged me to buy the option with the lifetime warranty, I did not feel pressured.

I would like to thank Mr. William Roberts for the first class treatment that we received.we asked for a estimate on a garage door opener. the appointment was made quickly William was there right on time 4 PM on a Friday night he took his time to explain what I needed and after he showed me my springs and a header board were ready to break which was obvious when I looked at them they after all were 10 years old.I was thankful.he wrapped all my needs up into a affordable bundle and edit it with the garage door opener I was very satisfied he went right to work.he finish the job in just the time that he said he would my wife was very happy when she came home to see the new opener. She was very surprised because you cannot hear the door go up and down it is so smooth. I almost felt like he was doing the work on my garage door like he was doing it for his own grandmother he was so meticulous and detailed. 5 stars. Called for service about 4:00 on Thursday and Kevin Blue arrived 2 hours later. Kevin was very professional and friendly and diagnosed problem as soon as he saw the garage door. Kevin told us our options and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He fixed the problem within the time frame he said. I would not hesitate to call Precision again and would welcome Kevin back as the service representative.

William did a great job installing our garage door. He explained in detail what he would be doing. After completion he picked up every bit of trash and even swept the garage floor twice to ensure all was picked up. I would truly recommend William for any job and you should be glad you have such an employee that takes great pride in and enjoys his job. Definitely a 5. You need to buy him dinner!

This company is the best by far! They came out 30 minutes after i called on a friday night. The tech Blake was great, very knowledgable and honest with what he was doing. Long story short, no sup ever called me back, phone rep was rude to my wife when she called to try to get opener fixed. new tech came out and was excellent just like the 1st tech. Door opener was replaced and all is well. bottom line is your phone service people suck. your techs are really good. would not recommend your company due to your phone reps.

same day service (for new opener) pretty much not available from other vendors, price not "cheap", however, you "get what you pay for". Tech was knowledgable and effective to install new opener (with lifetime warranty which none of the ones you buy at Lowes or Home Depot will actually provide - if you happen to have to call them they will have you check the spring strength and then tell you there warranty "does not apply due to springs not pulling their weight".

There was a problem with the garage door opener gear. William replaced the gear and it worked again. Not only did he replace the gear but he explained what to look for in terms of good or bad parts (is the spring kinked, are things rusted, etc). I live in a newly constructed townhome and they did not lubricate it when it was installed so William did that as well. Great service!

I would give you a 10!!!!!!!! Saw you in the Valpak. Called at 11:00 am and Andrew was here by 1:00. That kind of customer service is just unheard of in Florida. Everything from the initial phone call to the end was superb. Loved the e-mail that came after the phone call confirming appointment and pictures of your servicemen. that just gives a customer such a comforting feeling. Andrew called and said he would be here in 30 mins. according to his GPS. Also makes the customer feel special! Andrew was great and extremely knowledgeable and passed some of that on to me so that when I called my husband, I actually sounded like I knew what I was talking about. I can't say enough good things about your company. Whatever you are doing, keep it up.
