Rob (sales) and William (installer) were both excellent. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and courteous about my needs. The prices were fair and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company. I've had other garage door companies upsell me for repairs and parts that weren't necessary. Although there was a recommendation for a new motor along with a new spring, rollers, etc., they weren't pushy and allowed me to stick with my old motor despite possible issues. The door is as good as new and as quiet as a mouse. When the motor goes (might be 2 weeks or 2 years), I will definitely call this company for the new one. These guys are straight shooters!

Fast and efficient estimate and quick service was great. That makes it easier to accept the estimate charges which I was not expecting. I think that charge should go away when you agree to the service contract. However the tech did a great job and would recommend this company.

We just wanted to write this to say thank you and we appreciate you!!! At this time of the year, major unexpected repairs can put a real damper on holiday spirits but, we have to admit that although the timing was not great, the satisfaction that we feel with the work that was done does take quite a bit of the sting out. We appreciate that you could schedule us in on the same day and really, really appreciate the work that the your tech Greg did. He did not try to oversell us, he listed our options and allowed us to make the decision that best suited our needs and budget. His attention to detail, the quick work, the professionalism and his courteous manner was amazing. After all was in place, Greg took the time to go over the work done along with what was covered under warranty. He made recommendations on things we could do every so often to keep the door operating smoothly. He also took the time to ensure that the garage was cleaned up after and, he removed all the old parts and any packing material the new parts came in. We feel confident that we will not have any issues with our garage door for years to come. We can't thank Precision Door Service enough and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. Jeff was our tech and he was a great guy. He arrive as planned and talk to me our what was happening with the door. After talking about the door he did a evaluation found the problem with the opener which was 10 years old. he gave some options for repair /renewing the opener/door. I chose the complete overhaul of the door i.e. new spring safety eyes opener and track with wifi features etc. Very happy with the service, equipment and the tech super guy.

The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars, is because he showed up 30 min after my scheduled time frame. Now they did call to let me know he was gonna be late, so that was good. When he did get there, he gave me a full estimate of what was needed and prices on everything. Service was quick and professional. He left the area clean and in working order. Also went over everything with me. Would definitely recommend them.
