The technician arrived on time. Tried to fix the old opener but it wasn't repairable. He explained the different openers he could install. No pressure to buy one I didn't want. Installed the new opener and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Precision to my friends who might need their services.

Dylan was our service person and was very professional. Came out within two hours of phone call to company. He saw how dangerous our situation was and did a 12 point inspection and gave me options on fixing my spring and coil wires. Then he has everything on his truck to fix my door. He cleaned up after himself and we were set to go within an hour. My husband is disabled and was happy to be able to get out garage door with his scooter or wheelchair. Thank you so much for your Quick professional service.

Had a new belt drive opener and better springs installed this morning after a failure of part of my old opener. Blake checked everything and made recommendations for the new belt drive opener and better springs, and explained the reasons for the recommendation well. Although there were better options (and more $$) I am pleased with the recommendation I accepted. Blake installed the new opener quickly, much more so than I had believed it would take. Important to me, though, was that there was never a sense of pressure from Blake. He just put the options out there and once I decided, he jumped into action on the install. Blake is a good face for the company and I would definitely recommend Precision.

5 STARS!! to Precision Garage Door. I have been using your services since I moved back to Florida and your service and reputation serve you well. Always on time and the technicians are well trained, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Charlie did an exceptional job and completed the removal and installation process in 1 hour. He represents your company well and should be commended for that. Your 3 hour service window has always been within the 1st 30 minutes of that window allowing homeowners not to waste the day away waiting for someone to show up for repairs....KUDOS to Precision and Charlie. It was very professional job when my garage door was installed. The installer took the time to show me obvious problems with the old garage door system. I did not feel pressured. Later I had a problem with the remotes and they came out the SAME day and fixed the problem with no charge. The staff is professional and friendly, answering any questions I have. I fully recommend this company to anyone needing repair/installation of a garage door system!!It's great to find a reliable company these days when many times it's so hard to find a quality company with such nice people!!!!

It's always uncomfortable hiring someone to do a job you know nothing about. And it's always comforting when you find someone you believe you can trust to treat you honestly and honorably. We just moved to FL in September and were looking to have our garage door opener replaced because it was very loud and we only had one opener. We looked around and were impressed by your detailed site. The videos you have online explaining each type of opener were very helpful. We have dealt with other garage door companies from the state we moved from and none were as good as what we experienced with Precision. Our technician, Eric, arrived promptly and was very professional. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and to our satisfaction.
