Service was prompt and they went out of the way to move my appointment up so I could return to my primary residence in south Florida to complete post hurricane Irma work on that house. Jacob was a Totally Professional young man to work with and to have trouble shoot our old Garage Door Opener, that I decided needed to be replaced, he defined & explained new garage door opener options in detail, expertly installed and showed us show how to operate the new unit. Could not be more happy with making the right decision in choosing to work with Precision Garage Door, as well as having the pleasure of Jacob be the installer who was your company's representative for this project.

I gave Precision Door a '5' because of the quick and courteous response to my emergency call. There was nothing wrong with the equipment. The approaching hurricane prompted me to see if I could manually operate the garage door. It didn't go well. I accidentally disconnected a spring. Next time I will read directions before doing this again! The tech was very understanding. He reviewed all aspects of how to test the door. All of this was reviewed with me at original set up. I do have memory issues and appreciate all the extra time the tech took to make sure I understood all parts/operation of the door.

Before I knew a cat 4 storm was potentially headed our way, I asked Precision Door Services to come out and look at the 24 year old garage door in place on my property. Nick came at 8 a.m. the next morning, after calling to give me a 15 minute heads up. He spent a considerable amount of time examining the door and its hardware and supports, asking about its history and my usage, determining what my main concerns were, and explaining not only the process but offering two different ways of putting a new door in place. He did not pressure me or make any attempt to sell me the higher priced option. He offered, if I wanted a lesser solution than a new door, to fix part of the problem right then. He did not hurry me about making a decision. I felt very comfortable, and what was even more meaningful to me, he treated me with respect. The choice I made, for an insulated double garage door, will take 3 weeks to arrive, and will be a 3-5 hour process. It is great to have that information available. A few days later, the media began showing the likelihood of Irma coming right up the middle or possibly the east coast, of Florida. I called, on a holiday, and asked if someone could add some struts to brace the door I have, since its age precludes it being up to any code. Next morning, with a half hour advance call to clarify what I wanted done to the old door, Robert came and completed it quickly. He demonstrated quite a bit of knowledge and ability, too. I think both prices are very fair, and I am very impressed by the caliber of the employees I have met.

The timing was immediate .. from the initial phone call , they answered. The same day schedule time. Installer called to say he could be there ahead of time .. assessed the rails and chain needed replacement. Even greased the hinges for free to cut noise .. never knew I should do that yearly . Out the door in about hour .. they are professional

I actually had two Technicians call me. One called because he had completed his appointment early and was in the area (thank you Nick for your willingness to come earlier). I missed that call. Later, Mr. Scott left a message stating he was on his way. He arrived promptly. Fixed what I needed, and suggested (not in a pushy way) to get new springs so that the pressure would not be on the motor. Great service and friendly!

I have used Precision for my home and now my rental property. Scott was the tech this time and was prompt, courteous and gave me the best options based on needs for the rental property. He also went the extra step to speak to the owner to provide a warranty option that made sense for the length of time I plan on owning the rental home. It was convenient to make the appointment. Tom came out to replace both my remote and wireless keypad. He also preformed an overall inspection of my door. He was able to point out an issue that needed attention but I had no idea about. He also pointed out several things that were different about my door but didn't effect the operation of the door. He was very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service he preformed. Next time I have a grade door issue there is no doubt that I will be calling Precision.

I chose Precision for my garage door service because the website was very informative and listed the BBB rating, with lots of customer reviews. Chris Salcido arrived promptly at 8 am a provided me with a fair quote and thoroughly explained all products and services included in the quote. Evan and Kerry came by promptly the next day and installed the door and opener in a short space of time and explained everything thoroughly. Chris, Evan and Kerry were all friendly and professional.
