Good experience from start to finish. Chris was great to work with. He came to my house, explained the door choices, and helped me buy the ones that were best for my house. Answered my email questions promptly. Followed up after installation. The guys who installed the doors were professional, on time, and did a good job. And, I was satisfied with the price.

These guys are awesome from quote to installation. My car was stuck in the garage after Irma. The tech came out,got the door open and even pushed my car out because the battery had died. They called on their way and were always early ( from estimate to tech to installation). Very curious and installed my door in half the expected time. I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE. Thank you for an amazing job and great customer service!
So glad that your entire experience was a great one. Thank you for becoming a Precision Door Sevice Customer.

Garage door would not open/close properly with remotes, vehicle button to open/close door, wall button. Of course, when tech arrived, the garage door worked perfectly. Tech worked hard to figure out what caused original problem. I asked what other maintenance work might need repair or replacement. Discussed the plastic rollers. He advised the new rollers available are nylon (better). I had rollers replaced. During tech's testing, door started original open/close problem. He discovered belt was worn in areas causing original problem. Replaced belt. Tech Robert did an outstanding job. Very through and detailed employee. Greatly appreciated.
Happy to hear that your original issue was able to be taken care of and in the meantime another issue was found and taken care of too. Thanks for choosing Precision Door.

We had a broken spring and decided to call Precision Doors after hearing about them on the radio. They were able to come out the next morning and from scheduling to installation the service was top notch! Blake was our tech and he was very professional, polite, timely and explained everything to us. We decided to upgrade to the belt drive system with nylon rollers and when I say the garage door is whisper quiet I am not kidding! We can’t believe how many years we lived with garagae doors that you could hear from any room in the house, not anymore! We are 100% satisfied and would recommend Precision Doors to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

Very pleased, the technician explained my three options and I got to choose which one I wanted, no sales pressure, he install new springs, rollers, side cables, after seven years, certain parts ware out. Do not recommend customers do piece mill when repairing the garage door, do the job right, replace all moving parts and eliminate later problems.
