Actually I had a problem with Precision a couple of months ago wherein I was not happy with the way you did business but it was completely resolved by Ryan Homan. Ryan told me rather than lose me as a customer he would hope that I would consider giving Precision my business in the future. Smart move on Ryan's part because that's exactly what I did. More businesses should operate this way. Luis Soto did an excellent job by the way. I love this product and the lifetime warranty. You have a good team there Scott.

Your ad said that you provide 24 hour service. I had called 3 other places, two of which I am familiar with but upon calling (Saturday 8am) I got their answering message saying that they are CLOSED weekends. Your employeek, Ryan is a skilled mechanic, customer freiendly and I haved already recommended your company to 3 people here in Highland Lakes is case they need service. Good job, well done.

Luis arrived on time and performed a maintenance check as I asked. The garage door had not been serviced since 2005. He said the door springs still looked good but suggested replacing the steel rollers with nylon rollers. He adjusted the springs for balance so the opener did not have to work so hard lifting the door and lubricated all moving parts. The door runs quieter than it did. I'm sure getting the opener serviced will make it last longer. Thanks Luis.

We have used Precision services for our garage doors since our permanent move to Florida in 2004 and have found Precision to be very qualified to attend to the needs we have had. Today Ryan Brooks was able to diagnose our problem and fix it. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain to us how he would fix the problem and what he would recommend if we chose to select a new installation in the future.Ryan was pleasant, calm and fully qualified to get our door operating properly.He was not in a rush to get the job done and get on to his next call, he took time and made us feel we were the only people on his "to do list" for today. I am sure he had many appointments on his list before the day ended for him. We thoroughly recommend Precision and Ryan in particular. Thanks for getting us through the door!!

Charles did an excellent job installing my new door. It was to replace a door that was 25 years old. The job was done quickly and professionally. Also I would like to thank Ryan Homan the first technician that came out and accessed my doors. Both were professional and very curtious. I have a 4 car garage with 3 doors. I have one other door that is 25 years old and I will replace probably in the next 6 months. The new door that you installed is much quieter than the previous door. Thanks again for the prompt and professional service. This is the 2nd time that I have used your company in 8 years. The first was having a new spring installed.
