Charles did an excellent job installing my new door. It was to replace a door that was 25 years old. The job was done quickly and professionally. Also I would like to thank Ryan Homan the first technician that came out and accessed my doors. Both were professional and very curtious. I have a 4 car garage with 3 doors. I have one other door that is 25 years old and I will replace probably in the next 6 months. The new door that you installed is much quieter than the previous door. Thanks again for the prompt and professional service. This is the 2nd time that I have used your company in 8 years. The first was having a new spring installed. I look forward to being a repeat customer. Keep up the good service.

Charles showed up in the scheduled time.Introduced himself and we reviewed the problem with the door.He explained what happened and what was needed to correct the problem.He explained the options and the costs associated with each.We agreed on the work and he completed the work in a courteous and professional manner.I would rate this service as 5 stars

We have used Precision services for our garage doors since our permanent move to Florida in 2004 and have found Precision to be very qualified to attend to the needs we have had. Today Ryan Brooks was able to diagnose our problem and fix it. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain to us how he would fix the problem and what he would recommend if we chose to select a new installation in the future.Ryan was pleasant, calm and fully qualified to get our door operating properly.He was not in a rush to get the job done and get on to his next call, he took time and made us feel we were the only people on his "to do list" for today. I am sure he had many appointments on his list before the day ended for him. We thoroughly recommend Precision and Ryan in particular. Thanks for getting us through the door!!
