Precision had staff available to answer my call on a Sunday evening. They were able to schedule the repair early Monday morning, so I was very pleased with the rapid service. Charlie had all the parts necessary to repair the door quickly and expertly. I would definitely call Precision again.

Precision more exceeded my expectations. I had a previous poor experience with another Kissimmee repair company that left me a little leery. Hector was the technician and was extremely quick, efficient and most importantly explained what he did and perhaps, what the other company did not do. I am very happy to have called on "Precision" to help me with the installation of the belt drive Precision 800 model garage door opener. I was totally blown away with how quiet it worked. Unfortunately it only worked fine a couple of times. Trouble was that I needed a new door! Once again, Precision, or rather your fine technician, Nelson to the rescue. After explaining your lifetime warranty and showing me the quality of parts used during an installation, it was a no-brainer to go ahead and order one. Definitely looking forward to that install when it arrives in a couple of weeks. I was also very impressed with Nelson as he patiently and diligently tried to get the door opener to work, admiring his professional work ethic and attitude. Thank you Precision, and Nelson, for a job extremely well done. I will definitely inform all of my friends and associates of your fine service and products. Again, thank you, and much continued success!

I called yesterday because I had a problem with my garage door, related to the fact that it was not closing using the remote. I was nicely received by your dispatcher, who told me that a professional would visit me today between 12 and 2PM. This morning I received a call from your professional informing that he would arrive around 10:30 AM. In less than 10 minutes e found and corrected the problem.Congratulations.

Disaster Avoided! Our garage door was askew half up and half down looking buckeled with a bent rail. We thought the worse and figured new door. Precision sent Bill out the same day with a new door but fortunately Bill was able to resurrect our door, replace the rail, adjust everything and it works perfectly. We saved a bunch. Way to go Precision. Don't hesitate to call them. P. S. Charles in the office set up our service call and was a great help.

I was a little confused that I couldn't a technician on your site called Edwin, but neverless he came in a company van and wearing a company uniform. He was knowledgeable, courteous and competent. Jeff showed up when he was scheduled to be here compared to another company I originally called (they never showed up or returned my calls). I wish I would have called Precision first.
