5 stars, was thankful to have a tech come out to us on a Sunday, I could not get my car out of the garage until repairs were made. Was unaware of a problem until Sunday. new springs and couplings. very professional tech Jerry. please email a receipt for us for work done. thank you very pleased with the work. I gave the tech info to place an ad in our newsletter for Solivita as we use the ads from the newsletter for services.

Jose, we appreciate your feedback. Here at Precision Door Service, we pride ourselves on doing the job right. As a licensed contractor, we know that the State of Florida & Osceola County requires a permit to replace a garage door. We also know the framing around your door was in such bad shape it would not pass the inspection. In order to do the job right, we would need to replace the bucks with new pressure treated 2x6 with the new wind-loaded door and pull a permit for the county to inspect. Our installation manager tried to explain this to you when you were comparing our quote to another company. Although you did not see the value in what we quoted you, we still thank you for the opportunity to work on your home.

Brandon was in our neighborhood and was happy to come and check out a problem that we were experiencing with our old opener. He spent time checking the springs, rollers and opener. He gave me a no pressure suggestion. We called and scheduled an installation of a new LiftMaster. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He set up our keypad and remotes and even set up our car remote. We love the new opener and appreciate Brandon’s professionalism.

Kerry was on time, very courteous, thorough and efficient. Gave us a complete breakdown of services, recommended a full overhaul due to our garage being almost 20 years old and showed me the different components that were worn(Pretty much all of them!!!). I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I have found them to be professional, honest and honorable - plus they know how to get the job done. They recently came to repair my garage door and did not even charge a service call, as the repairs were still under warranty- it is rare to find a company so honest. Precision performed a service call from a garage door that was installed in 2014. The technician did a fantastic job and explained everything he was doing step by step. There was absolutely no charge. With that being said I would highly recommend Precision overhead Garage Doors for all your garage door needs. There work scheduled time is perfect, is very professional, neat with outstanding clean up when the job is complete. Out of a five star rating I would give them the 5 stars in all categories.

Robert showed up at the expect time, called to let me know he was on the way. When I explained to him what i did the last time the tech was here he sort of knew what was wrong this time. The other tech didn't tell me about cleaning off the paint on each section.
