We chose Precision because of other positive reviews we researched. Kevin Blue was the tech who came out and repaired our door. He came at the promised time and in an identifiable company uniform. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we picked the one that best suited us. No pressure just great-service. We chose to get a full set of replacement wheels. He did a quick and perfect job. The door works fabulously now!

We are so happy with our door! Dylan did an great job overhauling our currant door and installing our new opener. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. There were so May things I was not aware of and he helped point it out. He was not pushy at all about added repairs that needed to be done, and just offered his professional opinion to help us get the best for our money. Our door is so quiet now when it opens I am shocked! I had no idea they could be that quiet. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job!

Your business is absolutely top notch. We called at 9:30 last night and our appointment was scheduled for today. William called and arrived about 1:15. After coming home from church Sunday morning, I realized that my garage door was having problem opening. I went in through the front door to open the garage from the inside, when I realized that one of my springs broke. From the time I called precision to the time the tech arrived at my house was no longer than an hour. I was very pleased because on a Sunday I thought I was gonna have to wait a long time. Dylan was our tech, very knowledgeable very courteous and very pleasant to talk to and ask questions about the job being done. I would definitely recommend precision to anyone. And I will definitely call them for any of my garage door needs.

I had the door come loose from the track at 5:30 in the evening. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. She gave me an appointment of 7:oo to 9:00 that night. The service guys were there and repaired the door by 6:30. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly reccomend Precision Door.

When our garage door stopped moving naturally we thought the opener was failing. I was suprised because the precision system seemed very efficient. It turned out after roughly 14 years the spring snapped. The repairman was friendly, courteous and gave us a very fair price replacing both springs with a five year warranty! I can recommend this comapany without reservation.

The work was servicing the door itself and was a fair price but the services rendered were with more than that. First the tech showed up promptly, was polite, quick and thorough. 2nd he went above and beyond and instructed me how to reprogram the system (Keypad and remotes) and then realigned the sensors for me. He did give me a suggestion to replace the springs but was not pushy at all. He merely made aware of a potential issue and thanked me for my business. He needs a pat on the back, for sure!
