I called Precision when my garage door wouldn't go all of the way up. The representatives at Precision were very professional. They answered my questions over the phone and sent me an appointment confirmation via email. When the Tech, whose name is Blake, was about 30 minutes out, he called to let me know he was on his way. It turned out that a major spring above the Garage Door broke. I didn't anticipate this expense so he offered me a very reasonable price for his services. Also, when we found a better price online, he called his supervisor and they elected to match the price. He was great, very professional, very efficient, very knowledgeable in answering my questions and my husband's questions, and he made us feel completely at ease. The service was completed that same day and in a timely manner. The Garage Door works wonderfully, in fact, it is the quietest is has ever been! Precision and their Technician Blake are hands down, the best!

Garage door opener stopped working on Saturday night. Called Precision on Sunday morning. They were able to get tech out on the same day. I went with a new opener instead of having a 16 year old unit repaired. I had new rollers installed too. My garage door has never been this quite. The tech couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.

Outstanding customer service and repair!!! My wife found Precision Door Service and I called this morning, the assistant told me they will come today between 11:00 – 2:00 pm , The service tech called around 9:45 am and told me his ETA to my house is 10:30 am he was there way earlier than expected, which to me it is always a good sign of great and serious company. Kevin did outstanding job, he gave me a broad explanation on the repairs.

We selected your firm from Angie's List after reading the reviews. Scott was very polite and professional as he showed us what was needed to repair and replace. From the results our garage door has never been properly balanced with the proper springs which were replaced along with new roller and a new opener. The garage door opens and closes very quietly and without straining. Also, it can be raised with one hand if the power is out or in an emergency. We are very pleased with this installation at a price and warranty for service that is outstanding!

Precision installed a new garage door a few months ago. I was satisfied with the work. A few things needed tweeking, but nothing serious. So, when the opener began to open on its own, I called them. Charlie and helper did a good job of infoming me of my options without pressuring me to purchase a new opener. As the opener was 30 years old, I elected to purchase the opener. CHarlie had it installed and operational within the hour. He did a great job and very personable too.
