I had used Precision Door in October of 2008 to repair a broken roller wheel after calling around and getting price quotes. This past week I had a spring break and called Precision because of the job they had done in the past. Charlie was the tech who did the work both times. He did great work. He explained everything and told me how much it would cost and about how long it would take to do the job. He does great work. Cleaned everything up when he was done took the broken parts and made sure everything was working before he left. Great guy and a great asset to Precision. Will use both Precision and Charlie for any future garage door needs.
We appreciate your wonderful comments Mr. Sico and we agree with you 100%. Charlie is a huge asset to our company, he always gives 110% with each and everyone one of our customer and their garage doors. Thank again and we look forward to a long relationship with you!

I was referred by Maurice Bulus who told me you were a company of people who get the job done and his contact was a Christian. From my call for service on my garage doors on the afternoon of 1/6/10, thru completion of the service the next morning, I was treated with great customer care and the work done by Jeff seems to be just what was needed. He was courteous, explained what needed to be done-including $$ options-and completed the work in a timely, effecient manner. I am impressed with your Company (the people and management in place).

I am very satisfied. I scheduled the appointment in the evening and at the noon next day everything was completed. Fast, clean and quality service. I have only one recommendation. When I explained the problem the person on the phone gave me the prices of the new springs and the service call fee. She never mentioned that I can't change only the broken spring and have to buy two springs. The technician that to me, but this initial offer was slightly misleading. Total experience: Perfect !!!
Thanks for the recommendation Mr. Vladimar, we will review the pricing of the garage door broken spring with our office staff. I am glad to hear your garage repair went well, Ryan is an amazing technician and his efforts show well.
