Jeff was professional and did a good job. However i need some information reguarding the part # of the spring and more information as to weather it was a right set spring or left. I need to have these information for future reference. The invoice has no information.I need part #.

I was referred by Maurice Bulus who told me you were a company of people who get the job done and his contact was a Christian. From my call for service on my garage doors on the afternoon of 1/6/10, thru completion of the service the next morning, I was treated with great customer care and the work done by Jeff seems to be just what was needed. He was courteous, explained what needed to be done-including $$ options-and completed the work in a timely, effecient manner. I am impressed with your Company (the people and management in place).

I am very satisfied. I scheduled the appointment in the evening and at the noon next day everything was completed. Fast, clean and quality service. I have only one recommendation. When I explained the problem the person on the phone gave me the prices of the new springs and the service call fee. She never mentioned that I can't change only the broken spring and have to buy two springs. The technician that to me, but this initial offer was slightly misleading. Total experience: Perfect !!!
