I was a little confused that I couldn't a technician on your site called Edwin, but neverless he came in a company van and wearing a company uniform. He was knowledgeable, courteous and competent. He made sound recommendations. Very well done Edwin and thank you. I have a property management company and would happily use Precision again for my home owners should the need arise.

Jeff showed up when he was scheduled to be here compared to another company I originally called (they never showed up or returned my calls). I wish I would have called Precision first. Jeff also was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my door operational again and very fast at doing it. I will call Precision for any other garage door needs.
