William was excellent! He Arrived within an hour after we called. He assessed the problem, gave us recommendations and explained everything. Thomas Scott has a very pleasant personality. I must confess I used a phase meant for my husband that Thomas took it as a meaning toward him and his work and I am truly sorry that happened. One of the reasons I choose Precision was the great reviews. I was amazed at the quick response. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done before and after the install making sure I understood. This took place after only 4 days after Hurricane Irma. I'm impressed and will recommend others to call Precision.

Your repairman, Andrew, was top shelf and very efficient and knowledgeable. I was having some minor issues with my garage door opener, installed earlier this year or late last year.
