After getting sick of my garage door remotes doing goofy things, I called Precision to come and figure it out. They came the same day and the outcome was a new opener (I had no idea how old mine was as it was here when I bought my house 4+ years ago) and also they checked the door itself and replaced parts as needed. The techs were great and they did all this the same day. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door/opener repair/replacement!

Recommended by my brother. Your company put his new garage doors in the home he purchased in Deland. Your office staff called me to say there was a cancellation so I jumped at the chance to get my door repaired. Alex called me with an estimate and I took the opportunity tip get the door fixed. The repairs were done in an expedient manner by the service tech Michael. The door is working great!!

I am so impressed with PDS! When I called, a prompt service call was scheduled. The spring was broken, but since the opener was quite old, I opted for a whole new opener system at a price I felt was reasonable. Dennis arrived 30 minutes later and began working. Friendly and informative, he had my new system installed quickly. Everyone from the guy on the phone who made my appointment to the man who did the estimate to my installer Dennis did a first rate job!!

Response time was incredible!! Spring broke at 9:30 am - all repairs complete before 2 pm. Greg and Christian were professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions. I would have no reservations recommending Precision to anyone with a garage door problem. My neighbor referred me. 5 star service.

Our garage door opener started to fail intermittently. Alex came out and gave us several options for repair and replacement. We decided to replace and add a keypad. Alex was efficient and thorough. Our new opener is so quiet! We are happy with the service and the product.

Greg and Mason did a great professional job of replacing my whole unit, install nylon rollers and new trip lights as well as adjusting tracks. They installed a new entry pad and programmed both fobs as well as my car mirror. They showed up on time and Greg was very courteous. I'm very happy with my quiet new opener!

The garage door was inspected and needed a complete overhaul of old ,worn rollers and hinges. A new garage door opener replaced the noisy, older model. The service was professionally done and everything that needed to be done and what was done was explained fully. The door now stays on track and the new opener works effortlessly and quietly.
