The deal breaker between going with Precision and another company was that they came out the same day...in fact two hours after the initial call. I didn't feel like they were "used car" salesman either. 5-year Warranty on service..plus!

Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional, and very sufficient. He explained all the issues with my garage door and even gave me different options to choose from a temporary repair to a lifetime warranted repair. Overall Ryan deserves to be commended for his great work and professionalism.
