The deal breaker between going with Precision and another company was that they came out the same day...in fact two hours after the initial call. I didn't feel like they were "used car" salesman either. 5-year Warranty on service..plus!

Ryan was our technician,he was prompt, and very courteous. He completed the job in a short time and explained everything he had done. There was no pressure to add additional service or products. The work area was clean and neat when he finished. I will definately call Precision for any more garage door problems we have.
