I've used Precision before & called again for help re-adjusting my opener after I replaced a broken coupler. Beau came out & started slowly diagnosing the problem & answering all my questions & explaining how my (13 year old) opener works. Limiters had popped out. Problem solved. He was very patient, positive attitude, informative & gave me options for future needs. Great service & highly recommend !!

We called on New Years Day after our garage door opener quit working. They came out the next day to inspect it and then came the next day to put in new garage door openers. I called for service on New Years Day for my broken garage door. I really didn't expect to have anyone come out right away, but amazingly they had a guy out to my house within an hour! The tech, Steven, was great and had all the needed parts on the truck. He had me up and running in a couple of hours. Best of all, most of the repair was covered under warrant because they had done some work on my door nearly a decade ago. I didn't even realize that the previous repair carried a lifetime parts and labor warranty! Super happy!

Nick was excellent, personable and efficient. He explained why is was not working and the adjustments the new door I purchased from them needed. We had a power outage and it wouldn’t open manually because of the adjustments needed. It’s a very heavy door and I needed instructions on opening it in case of power outages, a little different than my previous old door. Highly recommend this technician and company.
