Everything about my experience with Precision was five stars. From my initial inquiry to my installation. Customer service was outstanding at every stage of the process. The installation today was flawless. Ian and Matt did a superb job. They were on time and got right to work. The door looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage door service. A five star outfit all the way around.

I cannot say enough about Precision Garage Door and the fantastic service I received from this company and every single technician that I encountered. They are nothing but professional in all aspects of their organization. I just purchased a house that had a converted carport to a garage that's was done about 30+ years ago. However, the previous owners never bothered to add a header so there was an opening at the top of the garage door. I had numerous garage door companies tell me that they could get me a new garage door but couldn't add a garage door opener. I was not going to manually open my garage door so I contacted a few more garage door companies. My boss recommended Precision to me. I just assumed Precision would be super expensive, since my boss is very extravagant, to say the least.-LOL! They were about $2k less than I planned to spend. Precision replaced every part needed for a garage door to work including the garage door (rails, a header, trim & etc) for under $3k. My garage door looks beautiful and it's so quiet. I'm so grateful that Precision hires nothing but the Best of the Best for their company.

I was so pleased I selected your company to replace my 20 year old garage door opener and replace the springs and rollers on my garage door. Your Team was outstanding. They explained every detailed and expressed how great the Precision Door company was at giving their customers the best product. I was amazed at how quietly my door now opens and the best part were the warranties and guarantees included. I am glad my neighbor told me about Precision. High 5.

Bernard and Austin did an outstanding job for us yesterday installing new openers on both doors and repairing some stress damage they spotted before it caused trouble. For the past 29 years, Precision has never failed to deliver great service by skillful and pleasant employees! Thanks!

I was exceedingly pleased with the service I received from the precision technicians who installed my garage doors today. Matt and Ian (I hope I got his name righty) were courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. Their customer service was exceptional – from the initial encounter of receiving a courtesy call to inform me they were 45 minutes away until the end of the installation. I must say each encounter I’ve had with a Precision employee has been outstanding. Thanks for the great customer service.

Why you ask? Because I see your work Van's everywhere, around the corner you're there, I'm on the expressway there you go. So I knew who to call for service on my garage door and your service technician was very knowledgeable and gave it to me straight from what would happen and help me understand why, just like I like it. ????

We had the pleasure of having Ian C and Donnel O install our garage door and they were excellent! Punctual, they arrived exactly when they told us. Respectful, they kept the noise at a minimum when we told them we had a sick child in bed. Fast but also thorough. They had to install the frame around a workbench I had set up close to the garage door track and were able to get it done with no problem and were done in short order. I highly recommend precision door service and recommend that you ask for Ian C and a Donnel O to install it for you!

5 Star rating for Precision Door Service! I was placed on the schedule for the very next day first in the morning. Blake showed up right on time, explained all my options in clear terms and agreed to provide me a military discount. A short time later, Jacob showed up, completed the installation (springs, rollers, opener) and assisted my tenant with his myQ app. My tenant said the garage door was "Crazy Quiet!" I am very pleased with Precision Door Service from start to finish

Your representatives were prompt and professional. Blake, who assessed our garage door, was well-informed and gave us the full picture of what needed to be done, as well as the cost of the project. Bernard, the installer, did an amazing job with the installation, as well as a thorough explanation of how to use our new system. Many thanks for making this process so easy.

I just had my garage door repaired and Precision was very quick to respond and fix all my problems. The technician (Mason) that gave me cost and the technician (Greg) that did the repair were very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with the work they did and I would definitely call them again if needed in the future.
