I was able to get an appointment within an hour of the time I called and actually the technician called within 5 minutes and said he was on his way. So within 30 minutes of my call my garage was being worked on. The tech did a great job of explaining my options and helping to determine the most cost effective way to go. Excellent company all around and I will definitely refer my friends.

I wanted to write and thank you guys for the positive experience of my last service call. Bill recognized my door trouble as a simple part defect and got it fixed quickly. He also fixed a nagging sensor problem that prior service techs had been unable to figure out. In the end, I decided to have you guys install a keypad based on Bill's honesty and helpfulness. I'll also use Precision as my garage service contact for friends or any future needs based on the positive info Bill shared about the company and its owners. Thanks, Chris

Spectacular Service! These guys are top notch! I have a double sized garage door that busted a spring and when I tried to use my garage door opener it busted the anchor point right off of the door. I made the appointment over the phone on a Sunday night and the girls name was "Madison" who scheduled my appointment for the next day. The tech Jonathan promptly called me 1/2 hour before my appointment to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me the pricing...which was very reasonable. Within an hour he had the door up much better than new as I also had the correct anchor bracket (super heavy duty for the 400lb door) and two bigger drums, along with new springs installed. These guys know their stuff....and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Scott, on three different occasions I had various components, everything except the door, replaced. Every time your employees were prompt, courteous and professional, from the people who answer the phone, your technicians who show up on site. I could not be more satisfied! And last but not least, I want to thank you for the professional & expeditious manner in which you resolved the question I posed to you on 4/22/14. It is a unique and pleasant experience to have an owner that does not hide from his cutomers. It is much appreciated, Thank you.

Your company was thorough and efficient. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The technician was polite and courteous. Your price was a little out of our budget but we decided to make the purchase after a stellar recommendation by one of our neighbors. Thanks

So very impressed with William's knowledge & mechanical expertise. He was very thorough. I never dreamed a 2 car garage door operation could be so quite & smooth. Replaced opener, new outdoor key pad, new rollers, new springs, various other parts. Did it with professional ease. Your company should be doing very well with employees like William. So courteous, respectful, & professional. I would recommend Precision above any other company in a heartbeat!

I was referred to Precision Doors by a co-worker, as I needed a new garage door. I liked the same day service and the fact that the technician was on time, informative, professional and available for questions and comments after he provided the quote. I ordered the door the same day that I received the quote (cancelled appointments with other vendors after this first quote) and received feedback from Precision right away. I am in the process of waiting for the door to arrive and be installed. I hope to have another opportunity to write a review after the installation.

The service was great. They stated that they would arrive at 4PM and my Tech Dylan called an indicated he would arrive about 10 minutes early. Dylan inspected my system told me what was wrong and gave me three choices for my fix. Dylan completed the job in about an hour and a half. Dylan was great he kept me informed and did an outstanding job. I will call Precision again if needed and will recommend them anytime.

My existing garage door was renovated with new springs, pulleys, automatic door operator, etc and balanced for the new equipment. It's now very quiet unlike the 15 year old door operator. The technician did the complete renovation in a few hours.

Service Technicians were on time and very thorough. Liked the professionalism in uniforms and marked vehicles. 4 instead of a 5? I would have liked the technicians to clean the greasy hand prints off the panels after installation, and numerous washers, bolt heads and bolts left in the garage/driveway I would have liked cleaned up. However I do not hesitate to recommend and would use again.
