Our old garage door broke down again, so we called Precision. They had worked on my garage door back in 2003 and recently on August 2014. When I called, Precision Representative was very nice and immediately had all my information. She scheduled an appointment same day within the hour. Jonathan came out again. He is extremely a pleasant person. He really listens carefully to our concerns without any interruption. He then goes to work and makes our door functional again. I asked him for a quote on installing a new garage door and opener, which he did. I will be replacing it within the next three months immediately after we paint our home.

First I want to tell you what a great person Andrew Hecker is. My garage door spring had broken and I needed a new key pad and I knew I probably would need a new opener because my old one was 18 years old. Andrew was patient with me, showed and explained everything to me. I felt more comfortable having him put in a new opener because of the age and the wear and tear on the old one. We've never had a garage door that operates so quietly - and it is an insulated, two-car garage door. What a pleasant experience it was to receive the help needed from Chris. He was so knowledgeable and more than willing to share his insights with me. A car was driven through our garage door Precision was the only company that could do the job right away. Other companies wait time was three to four weeks. Since one car was trapped in the garage, that would not do. Not only did they do it fast, Quality and service were unmatched. My only complaint is that it is so quiet I can't hear my wife pulling into the garage. Regardless I would recommend and use Precision again. Pdv.

After being very disappointed in another company in the fact they came out and recommended a new logic board yet never returned to install it and after my inquiry as to the status (two weeks later) could not find where they even came to my address. One call to Precision and they were out the next morning and installed a new opener after discussing the futility of installing a new logic board on and otherwise burned out motor. Finished the job with professional speed and went over the operation of a new touch pad and very happy that the new closer is very quiet.

The service called was immediately scheduled for next day and technician called before to let me know what his estimated time of arrival would be.
