The garage door spring broke on a Friday and I was leaving for vacation the next day. My first thought was Precision Garage Doors as I have seen them advertise on Bright House. The appointment was set for Sat afternoon, but Blake, our technician called early in the morning with an opening. He promptly assessed the situation and went to work. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He completed the job very quickly and professionally. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door to friends and neighbors. Thank you Blake!

I called Precision late in the day. Our spring had broken and I could not get the door open. Expecting to have to wait until the next day for service, to my great surprise they responded they could be out within 3 hours! They called in one hour and were there in 30 minutes. They had the necessary parts and had my oversized door up and operating in 45 minutes or so. Great customer service and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. FIVE stars for sure!

Charlie did a good job of explaining the various repair options for my broken cable which included updating all of my rollers, cables, installing safety cables on the existing springs...after the initial price shock of upgrading everything, we settled on the cable repair without any hard sales and Charlie took care of everything quickly and professionally! Our 10 year old Precision opener failed, maybe due to lightning although it was on a surge suppressor, Friday night. Saturday morning we called, and that afternoon service tech Eric Heintz appeared. He advised us that the failed PDS unit was under warranty and no longer sold, and replaced the whole system (opener, rails, controls, remotes, etc.) for a nominal charge of $65! He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, and was done in less than 2 hours. The new unit is nicer than the old, with more features. A truly superior job - I recommend PDS unreservedly and will certainly continue to do business with them..

Previous experience with Garage door Compainies left me dismayed. Last night I go thome late and my garage door would not close. I called a "different company" that you would find under "Maitland Garage Door Repair" and it was late. The lady I spoke with took my information and told me that the Service man who had been here 2 times in the past month and this visit would make it 3 times in the last month. I waited and waited and waited and no one showed up. I tried to call and see what was going on? And each time I called, the person who takes the calls would hand up before she even said one word. All I can say is they were the most unprofessional service people I had ever had an experience with. Then this morning I called Precision Garage Door Company and they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the on men I had worked with prior to Precision Coming. Precision showed up exactly on time and he was so helpful, very polite and made good common sense suggestions. Luis Soto was the ultimate professional. I liked them so much, I put them on my speed dial on my phone. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Pompany.

We got a quote a year ago and just did not get around to getting the new garage door. Precision honored my quote and Andrew the sales guy was super. I had him come back out just to make sure I understood everything and so he could make sure the quote included all that I wanted. He did not try to talk me into things I did not need. He was very personable. The installers were super and did a great job. Family was over and they all said the new door makes the house look like it was painted. My old door looked pretty beat up and made the house look unkept. Never thought a garage door affected the look of the rest of the house, but then again, it is a large door. I had a problem with the door opening and closing and called the office (around 6:00) and while they were getting the guy who installed the door on the phone, I figured out that I was blocking the little eye on the bottom of the door and then it worked. However, they would have come out and solved my problem. Top notch group of people and I would recommend Precision to anyone wanting a new garage door.

The technician - William Shank was very professional and did all the work perfectly. I had a very old Garage Door opener that simply died. The tech had never seen one that old. So he had a bit more adjustments. I am amazed at how smooth and quiet this new garage door opener is. I really like the lock feature on the pad by the door. Excellent job and I would recommend Precision Garage Door products and Precision Garage Door of Florida.
