This is the second time in recent weeks I have used your services. I would not hesitate to recommend you. Our Tech was Ross H....he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and swiftly completed his tasks. First triphere, he replaced and added springs to the door, new bearings, rollers, etc. then reinforced it with a cross bar. Today, he installed a key pad for easy entry, and re-activated my car remote.

I am so pleased with the garage door opener that I purchased November 2012 when I moved into my new home. The unit is the quietest of the three openers I've had in the past. Unfortunately, I did a boo-boo that thew the unit off-track. Precision was out the very next day and cleared the problem quickly for a reasonable charge. The technician and a tag-along trainee were neatly dressed, respectful and pleasantly conversational. It was as though we were all best friends! I will gladly recommend Precision to any acquaintances who indicate they're seeking a professional business that blatantly puts customer service as a top priority.

Dylan was the technician. He explained in a very soft sell way why Precision door was superior to the one I had and why there was a difference in your price of $499 and $375. I felt it was worth the difference, especially with the quiet belt and the added features of the key pad. He's a good salesman. John was with him as his helper. He was also very nice to deal with. Not sure what kind of new door it is.But the workers were quick to get it done and That was most important for us. we still have light coming thru the crack where they put up a new seal strip along the right side of the door tho. The husband complained but I think he is ok with it right now. The workers seemed in a hurry. They said they had another door to get done that evening before dark. It was done on Sept. 11,2013.
