Our garage door wouldn't go down and Blake diagnosed it as a sensor problem. He found that the track was slightly bent and that was causing the problem. Precidion Door always does a good job. I also like the fact that you notified me of who would be coming to my door--very helpful.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night when my wife and I went to back the car out. Sunday morning we went on line to see if anyone serviced garage doors on Sunday,to my surprise Precision Garage did. What is a nice surprise is I chatted write away with Jacob a tech. After chatting with him for a few minutes he let me know that he would be out in just a couple of hours. Needless to say he was out within a half hour and was extremely polite and explained everything. About another half an hour he was finished, and the door has not worked that well in a very long time and was extremely quite. Precision knows what customer service is and definitely shows it in a lot of ways. I will always use them in the future.

Thank you to Nick for his expertise and knowledge on correcting issues with our garage door. We made the appointment for service call and replacement of the exterior keypad. The issues we were having were discussed in detail and options provided. We did have more work done than was planned but Nick was quick,efficient and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

A tech was available to come out within a few hours after I placed a call to the company. The tech did a trouble shoot and found that our garage door opener was in need of being replaced. Services were preformed in a timely manner. Everything from beginning to completion was explained thoroughly. Now my garage operates nice, smooth and QUIET (no more waking up baby) thanks to Scott.

Precision gave a good range of time slots to perform the job. Danny was great and personable. The springs were changed and the new rollers are very quiet. Blake was very informative & was ready to fix more than I had originally requested! We knew our spring was broken but when he arrived we also asked about our keypad (he checked & it was completely corroded inside). He noticed our rollers were no longer in great shape & fixed all of those too! We are more than pleased with Blake's service & will definitely recommend Precision to all!
