Our garage door gets a lot of use, so over the past 5 years this is the 3rd time we've used Precision Door. This is one of the most consistently pleasant experiences I have ever had with a company. From making the appointment today with Nicole, to Nick's professional and prompt same day service, as well as the past services we've had provided. Everyone that cane out was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the installation of the board between the garage ceiling and garage door. It was installed so snag that it shifted the drywall. The installer indicated that it needed to be that way which I’m not sure I agree with that.

We are so pleased with all our dealings with Precision Overhead Door. The office staff, the installers, the repair staff are true professionals. They know the meaning of customer satisfaction and represent their brand at the highest levels. We had a problem with our door not wanting to close. I called expecting to wait a couple of days for service as I was calling mid-afternoon. I was asked if we would be home from 4-6 pm, I replied yes, and was told a repair technician would be there. He called asked if he could arrive early, and our door was totally repaired, with meticulous care and knowledge. We would recommend this Local Company to all. After diagnostics and testing the openers, exterior and interior keypad and springs were all replace free of charge under their lifetime purchase we initially purchased. This was maybe pennies more expensive their competition and well worth it.

i had a new garage door opener installed. The technicians were very polite, and went over all the items needed to ensure a good job and make the garage door opened perfectly and quietly. Overall the the work was done well. I would recommend Precision to family and friends.

This was a warranty visit for broken springs. We originally used Precision 4 years ago and we are so happy we upgraded our springs and purchased the lifetime warranty. They broke 4 years later and we didn't have to pay for the springs again and had perfect service from the phone call to the technician! It was all so professional! The technician (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) came out the very next morning and did a great job! Pleasant and professional! We would definitely recommend this company!!!

I would rate your service a 5. Called on a Saturday and got an appointment for Sunday for a broken spring. Ryan came on time, calling before he came. He was very polite and knowledgeable, reviewing all options with me with no high pressure, and finished the service in a timely manner. I would recommend Precision and use them again when needed.

Precision Door in my humble opinion is the best garage door company in Central Florida...I called them after business hours and they came out the next day and installed a key pad with the best price I received.
