Over the past 7 years, Precision has both installed and performed repairs on our garage door and its components. Every time the technicians have been on-time, neatly dressed and groomed, friendly, patient in addressing my dumb layman's questions about what they were doing, and expeditious in completing their tasks. Andrew Hacker was no exception. He cheerfully made THREE trips to our home within two days to solve a mysterious problem with the remote control. Like every Precision technician who preceded him, Andrew was the consummate professional.

Your service was awesome and quick (same day-wow!!!), and most important my garage door works great. Your technician Dylan May was extremely professional and cleaned up after himself and just a gentleman and a true professional. You can tell he enjoys his work. I am glad I called you first and will hold on to your number.

The service provided was Dylan was excelent. He was very professional all the time and just at looking and what he was doing you understand the high level of expertise you have to have to do this kind of job. He answered all our questions and gave us a different service options before he started, no hidden costs or anything. This is the first time we use the services of Precision Garage Door and I sure when something else goes wrong with my garage door they will be the ones to call.

My spring broke and I knew I'd need it fixed soon. They offered to do it that night, but I was fine waiting until the morning. Charlie was very pleasant, polite, patient, explained everything and helped me get exactly what I wanted (I ended up adding the roller replacements). He said their prices were a little higher than some of the competitors but their service was much better and they can offer longer warranties. I appreciated the honesty. It's rare to hear that from a company these days.

Service by Luis was awesome! He fixed the broken wall opener, remote opener, and was able to identify issues with the circuit that were keeping the door from closing intermittently. He also told me he could make the door more quiet and he did! I had no idea it didn't have to be so loud. Luis reviewed all the parts of my garage system with me and gave me great advice on how to maintain and when to replace. Thanks! Kathy

I called at 2:30pm on a Friday, a very good tech with a great attitude was at my house by 4:30 and worked into the evening to install a new opener, rollers, springs and some other stuff. My door had been rattling and vibrating so loud for years! I can't even hear it standing right in front of it now! He took the time to do the job right, re-leveled the door and even programed my cars built in opener for me. Great guys, great attitude, thanks!

Very professional experience from the time I called until the job was finished. Technician Andrew was great. He explained everything to me and completed the job in a very timely manner. The reason for my call was the top tracks were completely worn and the rollers needed replacement. After the repair the door operated very quietly. I thoroughly enjoyed the technology used by the company concerning invoice and payment.

I was not satisfied with your representative. I felt he did not explained in detail to me what was needed to be done. Did not do proper inspection. Just felt because the garage was old which the house is 33 years old, I needed to replace attached estimate. His customer service was not professional at all to me. Thank you!

Ten years ago we moved into a brand-new house of solid construction which the builder stocked with cheap appliances including a garage door opener that was creaky from day one and soon required service. We picked Precision out of the phone book (there were still phone books then)and tech came out and did a minimal repair that made the thing work. This was repeated 2 or 3 times over the ensuing decade - Precision techs recommending repairs and never trying to up-sell us into a new system. Then last week the door seized up again for apparently no reason. This time the Precision tech - William, accompanied by apprentice Eric - came into the waiting room and told us gently that it was time to pull the plug on the old guy and put in a new motor. Actually, he said he could put it on life support again, but said it could fail at any moment and it would be kinder, and more economical to go with a new system. So we did. William and Eric had it up and running, silent as a nuclear sub, in less than an hour. William and Eric are poster boys for professionalism, courtesy, and good cheer.
