I called on Sunday night to get an early service call on Monday for a broken spring. The lady I spoke with was great and got me on the calendar for 8-11. Andrew came first thing in the morning and even called to let me know he was on his way, which was appreciated. He clearly and concisely explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost, he also mentioned some optional work I could also have done and I took him up on his offer to replace the rollers which I am glad that I did (door is much quieter now!). Based on my experience with the technician specifically, and company in general I won't hesitate to use Precision again, or recommend them to a friend.

I had arranged either a repair or installment of new garage door opener with another company. They cancelled my first appointment because product was not on the the truck. Rescheduled for the next day. When the tech showed up he was still not prepared. After sending him on his way, I called Precision and fortunately there was an opening and the tech arrived within 2 hours. Did the job professionally and efficiently in about an hour to my complete satisfaction.

When my garage door stopped working on a Saturday morning, I didn't think I would be able to get it repaired that same morning. Luis was extremely professional and spent the necessary time to explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He gave me a couple of options and fully explained both to me. He didn't try to pressure me to purchase something that I don't need. I was thrilled to get this issue resolved so quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

our garage door opener fell to the ground out of the blue one evening....after a quick google search we found Precision looked at the reviews and called at 730PM!! After speaking to a very polite young lady she told me someone would be at my home between 8-10pm. I must admit I was not actually thinking that that would happen BUT sure enough it did. William turned up and was so professional and patient. We really felt bad calling someone out from their family at night but he made us feel better about it. He was cheerful and very knowledgable, we ended up with just about everything replaced but the garage door and it was done in less than 90 minutes. Fantastic service and salesmanship, we loved William and will never go anywhere else for our garage door needs. When we need a new opener we will be purchasing it from Precision! Good service is hard to find but you guys have nailed it! Thank you William :)

Garage door repair. Found Precision on Angie's List, which gives Precision an "A" rating. However, they did not have an active phone #. The technician was pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable about the Genie garage door. He was not only on time, he was early (never experienced that before)! He repaired the door to a condition better than before it broke. I would call Precision again and refer to others!

The door came crashing down at 7pm; I found Precision via a Google search at 8 pm; Kalip arrived at 10:15 and everything was fully repaired by 11:30. The professionalism was evident beginning with the woman who took my call and arranged the service to the superior and punctual performance of Kalip. The technician was courtesy and was on time. He recommended that our door needed to be replaced. He said there was no charge to come out and look at the door. Have to wait until we talk to owner of business but the rate he quoted us was very reasonible and would call back if we decide to replace door.
