I got home at 1:15 and my door would not open. By 3:45 service tech was back in his truck and the door was working. I put in a call to the company and was greeted by Ashley who was very helpful. Plenty of communications were sent to me prior to the tech arriving. Everything was explained to me what needed to be done. JG went out of his way to give a step by step run down of what he was doing. I got new springs and will call again if the motor ever goes. thank you to Jonathan for a job well done in very HOT conditions

The first technician was Blake and the installer was Bill. We had used Precision when we had some parts that needed repaired in the past and like them so we called them again. We have been using Precision Garage Door Service since we moved to Orlando seven years ago. On this occasion, our garage door wasn't closing completely. I can't say enough about the Customer Service that is given by Precision. These people exemplify just what GOOD Customer Service is; a thing that is lacking in a lot of our businesses this day and age. I needed a new garage door. And after approaching another business, which I was highly disappointed in their professionalism,I found Precision. From the lady that answered the phone, to the sales person, to the service technicians, I was treated like I was the only customer they had. I had my garage door installed within two days; the other company said two to three weeks! I had to request an adjustment to the door and the service technician was there that evening! The entire process of getting my garage door fixed was professional, timely and reasonably priced. The young lady who ansewered the phone got my information correctly and was very pleasant. I received an email confirming my appointment. Blake called before my noontime appointment and to my surprise was able to come a few minutes early. He quickly found the broken wire and made some recommendations. I agreed with the replacement of the rollers and the door operation is now quieter and smoother. Good Job, everyone!

Spectacular Service! These guys are top notch! I have a double sized garage door that busted a spring and when I tried to use my garage door opener it busted the anchor point right off of the door. I made the appointment over the phone on a Sunday night and the girls name was "Madison" who scheduled my appointment for the next day. The tech Jonathan promptly called me 1/2 hour before my appointment to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me the pricing...which was very reasonable. Within an hour he had the door up much better than new as I also had the correct anchor bracket (super heavy duty for the 400lb door) and two bigger drums, along with new springs installed. These guys know their stuff....and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

I was referred to Precision Doors by a co-worker, as I needed a new garage door. I liked the same day service and the fact that the technician was on time, informative, professional and available for questions and comments after he provided the quote. I ordered the door the same day that I received the quote (cancelled appointments with other vendors after this first quote) and received feedback from Precision right away. The service was great. They stated that they would arrive at 4PM and my Tech Dylan called an indicated he would arrive about 10 minutes early. Dylan inspected my system told me what was wrong and gave me three choices for my fix. Dylan completed the job in about an hour and a half. Dylan was great he kept me informed and did an outstanding job. I will call Precision again if needed and will recommend them anytime.
