My neighbor had a rebuild by Precision, he was happy so I called Precision when I needed garage door repairs. I was very impressed with the Technician's promtness, courtecy, comunication and skill. He called to say he was on the way, he arrived when he said he would, he explained that I really needed a rebuild and showed me why. Completed in 45 minutes and my door has never operated as smooth as it does now.

My existing garage door was renovated with new springs, pulleys, automatic door operator, etc and balanced for the new equipment. It's now very quiet unlike the 15 year old door operator. The technician did the complete renovation in a few hours.

The only thing I could say was it would have been nice if they had cleaned up all the screws and old hardware up off the floor. I already went to Costco once this week for a new tire. I don't want to do it again. It wasn't too much of a big deal because I have the day off and had planned to clean the garage and driveway anyway but might be for someone else. Other than that, they were very polite, respectful, punctual and from what I can tell, did a professional job. I wouldn't hesitate have these gents do work again.

Service Technicians were on time and very thorough. Liked the professionalism in uniforms and marked vehicles. 4 instead of a 5? I would have liked the technicians to clean the greasy hand prints off the panels after installation, and numerous washers, bolt heads and bolts left in the garage/driveway I would have liked cleaned up. However I do not hesitate to recommend and would use again.

Very professional company. I used them in 2002 to replace springs, etc. with a lifetime warranty. Called them back in 2014 and no problem honoring agreement for the springs(I had the receipt). Replaced the rollers due to wear and it is so much quieter. The techs were great and couldn't have been more informative and honorable. Highly recommend. They are not the cheapest but there is value in confidence, being licensed/bonded, and professionalism.

This guy knew what he was doing, did it correctly and from the time it was reported until time corrected, less than 4 hours. Precision has always had the best service of any company we have ever worked with. A garage door opener works pretty much like any garage door opener, it opens and closes the door. It is when instillation or service is needed that Precision is the best.

The technician was quick to sort out the problem, and fixed it in no time. He also told me how to avoid the problem occurring again, which you wouldn't expect from a company that makes money from call-outs. I would use Precision to replace my garage door opener, which it will need sometime, and highly recommend their service.

The efficiency of the operation has impressed me starting with the technician calling me on the day of the appointment to let me know that he would be arriving at the appointed time. Andrew's confidence was evident in his performance on the job site. He gave me a verbal report once he completed his task that was followed up with a written inspection of my door system. Service 24/7 was what I first noticed about Precision service.I called and someone was out within one hour.Bill was my service man and very good at what he does.I had a over all garage done which included springs ,wheels and brackets.I was pleased with the work done.I was in a bind because the door did not close and I was afraid to try to close it and other companies could not come to me for days,however Precision came to my rescue.Thanks for your help..
