The ad gave me the confidence that this was a trusted company for the garage repair that I was looking for. When the Technician arrived he reviewed with me what I had requested, then reviewed what needed to be done to the door with me. He gave me several options but never was really doing a hard sale to make me fill if I did not do it then the repair would not work. He gave me all options that I had in order for me to select from giving me the end results of each one. Once he got started he had everything repaired in less then 30 minutes. He had also called in advanced and identified himself before arriving within the allotted timeframe.

Precision door has been great to work with. They are prompt, professional and they stand behind their work. They replaced a panel on my garage door, rebalanced the door and were great on their service calls. Recommended

Well trained and knowledgeable technician. He was very pleasant and informed me of all the workings of my garage door along with what can go wrong with age. The repair service was very fast, too! I would definitely use Precision again! Dave J

I got home at 1:15 and my door would not open. By 3:45 service tech was back in his truck and the door was working. I put in a call to the company and was greeted by Ashley who was very helpful. Plenty of communications were sent to me prior to the tech arriving. Everything was explained to me what needed to be done. JG went out of his way to give a step by step run down of what he was doing. I got new springs and will call again if the motor ever goes. thank you to Jonathan for a job well done in very HOT conditions

Our first experience with Precision Door was well over a 5 Star rating! Kevin Blue,(his name is not listed in your SVC TECH field) our technician was efficient, informative and tolerant of all my questions! After the initial call for service, our garage door was repaired in less than 24 hours, and for what I felt was a fair price! I work in a service repair setting, so I know how service should be, and you all are wonderful. Thanks so much!

The first technician was Blake and the installer was Bill. We had used Precision when we had some parts that needed repaired in the past and like them so we called them again. Both technicians were friendly and professional. What I liked about them both is that they seemed to care about the customer and about the quality of their work. We had great customer care with setting up the appointment as well. I appreciate a quality company and Precision seems to be one of them. Thanks.

The technician, Eric, was very courteous and took his time to explain the whole process to me. I only received an estimate for planned installation, but I would recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs on an existing garage door.

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service since we moved to Orlando seven years ago. On this occasion, our garage door wasn't closing completely. We got same day service; Jonathon was friendly and quickly identified/repaired the problem. Technicians are consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We appreciate that they do not try to SELL us things we don't need, but do review all components and advice on issues that may need attention in future. We will definitely continue to use Precision for our garage door needs.

I can't say enough about the Customer Service that is given by Precision. These people exemplify just what GOOD Customer Service is; a thing that is lacking in a lot of our businesses this day and age. I needed a new garage door. And after approaching another business, which I was highly disappointed in their professionalism,I found Precision. From the lady that answered the phone, to the sales person, to the service technicians, I was treated like I was the only customer they had. I had my garage door installed within two days; the other company said two to three weeks! I had to request an adjustment to the door and the service technician was there that evening! I have told everyone about this company. I will never go elsewhere for my garage door needs

The entire process of getting my garage door fixed was professional, timely and reasonably priced. The young lady who ansewered the phone got my information correctly and was very pleasant. I received an email confirming my appointment. Blake called before my noontime appointment and to my surprise was able to come a few minutes early. He quickly found the broken wire and made some recommendations. I agreed with the replacement of the rollers and the door operation is now quieter and smoother. Good Job, everyone!

We previously used Precision Door service about 8+ years ago. So, when one of garage door springs broke last week we gave them a call. Their technician, William Roberts, came late that same afternoon to take care of us. William was professional, helpful, explained our options, cost and everything he did. This is our 2nd experience with Precision Door and have been very happy with their service both times.

I was able to get an appointment within an hour of the time I called and actually the technician called within 5 minutes and said he was on his way. So within 30 minutes of my call my garage was being worked on. The tech did a great job of explaining my options and helping to determine the most cost effective way to go. Excellent company all around and I will definitely refer my friends.

I wanted to write and thank you guys for the positive experience of my last service call. Bill recognized my door trouble as a simple part defect and got it fixed quickly. He also fixed a nagging sensor problem that prior service techs had been unable to figure out. In the end, I decided to have you guys install a keypad based on Bill's honesty and helpfulness. I'll also use Precision as my garage service contact for friends or any future needs based on the positive info Bill shared about the company and its owners. Thanks, Chris

Spectacular Service! These guys are top notch! I have a double sized garage door that busted a spring and when I tried to use my garage door opener it busted the anchor point right off of the door. I made the appointment over the phone on a Sunday night and the girls name was "Madison" who scheduled my appointment for the next day. The tech Jonathan promptly called me 1/2 hour before my appointment to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me the pricing...which was very reasonable. Within an hour he had the door up much better than new as I also had the correct anchor bracket (super heavy duty for the 400lb door) and two bigger drums, along with new springs installed. These guys know their stuff....and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!
