Our initial phone contact gave me that same assurance, as I asked a few simple questions and received assuring answers and a quick schedule for service the same day. Our service tech Blake was timely, listened well to my explanation of what I thought to be a problem. He assured me he understood me and that had a repair answer to our perceived problem, and go figure both of our garage doors are now working better that when new and we feel that the life of our door opening system has been extended. This is the first time I've used Precision. I was impressed with how quick I had a technician at my home after making an appointment, not to mention it was a Saturday. The technician, Blake Furukawa, called me in advance and was very punctual. When he arrived he was also very professional and personable. Blake explained everything that needed to get done. Although I was expecting just a tune-up that turned into a more costly job, my garage doors have never been quieter. Thank you!

You guys proved to be a lifesaver. I could not open my door and absolutely needed to be somewhere by 10. Your tch should up by 8:30 a.m and got the door open so that I could get out and to my appointment. Then he did an overhaul of the door. Thanks. If I need work again I will be back in touch.

I found Prescision on Angie's List. Bill called and gave a thirty minute notice. The sensors on my 15 year old garage door were damaged due to an electrical surge. Bill went over my options and he explained the work to be done and cost. He was very friendly and completed the work pretty quickly. I was surprised at how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. I also liked the lifetime warranty. I will use them again in the future on our other garage door.

My garage door broke at 7pm on a Friday night with company arriving within minutes from out of the state. Blake arrived by 9pm to repair the door. He did an exceptional job and we were so very thankful. The response time, technician knowledge and courtesy were all top notch. We are very pleased to have Precision as our garage door specialist and will continue to rely on them if any future needs should arise.

My garage door opener has not really worked well in years and recently, the door would open on its own ... at all hours of the day and night: no pattern, no passing plane or car...just opened. Not feeling very safe to say the least! I noticed a repair truck working on another home in my neighborhood and approached the technician, Charlie. I explained the issue, he said he could help and gave me the office number to call, which I did. Two hours later, Charlie was there, explained the system options available, and began installing a new garage door opener system. The expression on his face when I initially opened the door was funny as it made a horrific noise so he also changed out the rollers to nylon, and now the system is amazingly quiet! His work was efficient and impeccable. Charlie fully explained the operation of the unit, remotes, keypad, etc and even took the time to sync my car system to the new remote, which I have NEVER been able to use! I cannot say enough about the quality of service and professionalism this young man extended to me. Precision Garage Door, you've got a diamond in Charlie! Thank you for a wonderful service experience, quality product and fair price. I will not hesitate to highly recommend your company to others! Thank you!!!

Outstanding service was performed on my garage door today. I had a broken spring that needed replaced. While speaking with the technician (Kevin) he patiently covered all possible options including the causes and effects of the door parts. He also covered the price and the warranty with my option to choose. I ended up purchasing two springs. I'm glad I chose Precision Door. Great job by Kevin! The ad gave me the confidence that this was a trusted company for the garage repair that I was looking for. When the Technician arrived he reviewed with me what I had requested, then reviewed what needed to be done to the door with me. He gave me several options but never was really doing a hard sale to make me fill if I did not do it then the repair would not work. He gave me all options that I had in order for me to select from giving me the end results of each one. Once he got started he had everything repaired in less then 30 minutes. He had also called in advanced and identified himself before arriving within the allotted timeframe.
