Blake and Bill came the same day that I called. My garage door wanted to do things its way, going up and coming half-way down many times. Had no idea what to do. I had Precision before for a repair and was happy with the service so I called again to correct this door problem. They did a good job and were very polite in answering my many questions. Explained the way things worked and about the motor that opened and shut the garage door. Of course, I thought it was too high but had to have it done. Very satisfied with the two men that did the work. I had the motor replaced that opened and shut garage door.

Precision Doors gets an A++ for the great service today! Blake and his assistant were friendly, worked fast, and gave me great advice. I called on a Sunday and had a technician at my door first thing on Monday morning! Plus they explained that the BAD service I had gotten from another company in the past caused my problem this time. I did not remember seeing any advertising, so I did not call because of that. My mom had a positive experience and recommended calling you when my garage door broke. The technician was very helpful and seemed to be honest about what my options were. While he encouraged me to buy the option with the lifetime warranty, I did not feel pressured.

There was a problem with the garage door opener gear. William replaced the gear and it worked again. Not only did he replace the gear but he explained what to look for in terms of good or bad parts (is the spring kinked, are things rusted, etc). I live in a newly constructed townhome and they did not lubricate it when it was installed so William did that as well. Great service!

I would give you a 10!!!!!!!! Saw you in the Valpak. Called at 11:00 am and Andrew was here by 1:00. That kind of customer service is just unheard of in Florida. Everything from the initial phone call to the end was superb. Loved the e-mail that came after the phone call confirming appointment and pictures of your servicemen. that just gives a customer such a comforting feeling. Andrew called and said he would be here in 30 mins. according to his GPS. Also makes the customer feel special! Andrew was great and extremely knowledgeable and passed some of that on to me so that when I called my husband, I actually sounded like I knew what I was talking about. I can't say enough good things about your company. Whatever you are doing, keep it up.

Charlie, your tech, just left my home after fixing a problem with the door not closing as it should. He was right on time showing up and did a quick inspection, quoted a fair price for everything needed, and completed the service needed. Charlie was very personable and capable.

I did not choose your company for service because I could only afford to have only 1 spring replaced. But your service tech "Charlie" was very professional and extremely understanding which was very refreshing to experience for a change. I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had seen the ad on tv and also noticed they were at the top of the search list on google. Checked out the website and saw the good reviews. I called around 2:30pm and they were able to get a tech out to my house around 5:30. Tech was right on time, evaluated the situation, and gave me several options. After quickly discussing with my wife, I decided to go ahead with the best option thinking I would have to schedule for the tech to come back out. Fortunately, he had everything he needed for my install, started on it around 6pm and was finished by 8pm. He showed us all the features and even set up the homelink in our car. Having my install done in one day, after hours, and not having to take time off of work is priceless. I will definitely recommend Precision in the future.

I was disappointed in the final price for replacing one spring on a single car garage door. When I called for a quote I was told the $65 service fee would be waived and I verified I could us a $30 coupon I received for "liking" Pecision Garage Door's Facebook page. The coupon was honored but the service fee was not waived. Only one special deal is honored at a time I was told when I called back after the technician left. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back and refund the difference between the coupon and the service fee. I feel I was deceived. I have two single car garage doors and you can bet when the spring on the other one breaks I won't be calling Precision.

Precision Garage Door is a wonderful company. I had an appointment between 2:00pm and 4:00pm and the technician Kevin Blue showed up early at 1:25pm which is very rare nowadays. Kevin was very professional and friendly I am a person who is very thorough. I asked Kevin questions and he answered all of them. There was even a question that he did not have the answer to but he right away called his manager and obtained the answer from him. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
