Called in to schedule a repair on garage door. Was originally scheduled for 2-5pm, but called back to say a tech can be at my place around 12:00. tech arrived on time and quickly repaired the door within minutes!! Awesome job!!!

This is the second time we used Precision. They came that day, on time and were clean and quick. They easily could have said we needed a full garage door opener replacement, since that is what we thought. But, the technician was fair and honest and said the only problem was the wiring. We are very please with Precision and would highly recommend.

Overall I was pleased with Charles. He was informative. I do however have some concerns. My invoice does not mention the type of door I am quoted (manufacturer) and the r-value given appears, based on my on line research, to be the lowest. I will call your office to discuss.

I'm very pleased with Precision Door Service. Charlie did a great job, very professional. My new garage door looks great, no problems at all. Found a coupon with Valpak and then checked it out online. Very glad I did. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely 5 star service! I have been using Precision for many years and am always more than pleased. This time, my house was hit by lightning and the opener motor/circuit board were totally fried. I called them after I called my old service provider and was informed they closed at 4:00. I looked on line and found Precision they were detailed, up front with pricing,and very quick with their service. The technician was very professional and I will call them again. I also like the fact that I saw a picture of the technician that was coming to my home. Great job 5 Jeff

My garage door springs broke right after I parked inside and the door closed. This happened on a Friday afternoon and the technician was working on fixing it literally 25 to 30 minutes after I called, then replaced my springs and rollers in no time at all with all new parts. I think this is probably the best service I ever had with anybody. I expected it to be fixed after the weekend at best and since I could not open the garage door at all to get my car out I was preparing myself for a not going anywhere weekend. They saved the day and my weekend, I highly recommend them and could not be any happier with their service.

We chose your company because of the replacement springs that were offered. It just seem to be a better deal to get the longer lasting springs for a door that is moving up and down all the time. My neighbors had got other quotes for less but when I looked at the springs that were installed I didn't get the best feeling ?? We found Precision on the web and we called and the lady and she explained the whole process and why the cost. The service call includes a photo of the service person coming to your home !!!!! How big is that ! The wife knew exactly who would be there to service our home and I really like that so it also is worth the cost. I would use then again and we are passing their name on to the rest of homes here since there is a rash of springs breaking in this area. The door is really quiet and smooth. I think we may get the nylon rollers next time if we do a repair again.

When I called early Friday afternoon, to my surprise they were able to scheduled to see what was my problem the same day. The technician Mike was very professional and immediately was able to tell me the problem. He recommended what product I needed and after installing my new garage opener he walked me through on how to work the remotes and how to maintain it by lubricating the wheels at least two times yearly. I am very satisfied with my new garage opener and how quiet it is. Thank you

I came home to find my garage door wouldn't go up, which I quickly saw to be a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door at about 2 PM and Dylan was here before 4 PM. He gave me clear options, with pricing, worked quickly and professionally, and was a very nice guy. My neighbor recommended Precision Door Service to me. I was very impressed with the knowledge, mechanical ability and quality of work that Andrew the technician demonstrated in his work. The garage door now can be lifted with just a slight lifting motion of one arm. The new springs and rollers installed are very quiet, something the old springs and rollers never were.
