Billy did an excellent job. The service was fast and extremely affordable. We discussed the age of my opener and we decided it's best if I go with the complete rebuild package. Been a satisfied PDS customer since 2013... always prompt service, reasonable pricing and excellent warranty coverage on parts and labor. For the first time ever, our garage door locked us in... both cars. 30 min after calling PDS (after-hours), Nick came out to service the door (snapped cable) and was here for about 3 hours, making sure everything was properly working, in the rain...WOW. Was only charged a regular service call (no after-hours fee), covered one part under warranty, and reasonably charged for another part. Between techs like Nick and the company's "can do" philosophy, a potentially aggravating situation was stress-free. Thank you Nick & PDS, Dan

Blake came out on a Saturday morning and took a look at my garage door and what he recommended. The service call was for a broken spring and after hearing what Blake recommended he replaced both springs, the pulley cables and hardware. How refreshing to have a company say they will be at the house between 5 and 8 pm and they show up at 4:55 on the SAME day you call!! Our tech clearly explained the operating points of our door and provided the info we needed to decide what we wanted to do. Our door needed new springs. He not only replaced the springs but ensured the other parts of the door were operating correctly. He was prompt, courteous, personable and professional. He made quick work of the repairs. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our garage door opened magically one evening, come to find out the circuit board had seen its better days. We called Precision the next morning and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. We received an email confirmation of the appointment with our tech's name, Billy Price. Billy did a thorough job of inspecting the entire garage with explanation of what was needed. He was in and out in 2 and 1/2 hours, my wife is now super excited have a working keypad which had been dead for 6 years. thanks Precision

Your service people are excellent. I'm not so sure about the product you sold us. I spent over $1000 on getting the garage door done correctly and your people have been here three times since it was installed. Is the problem the product you put in? I am not real happy with the continued problems we are having. Your guys are great but I would prefer to not see them any more.
