This is the first time I've used Precision. I was impressed with how quick I had a technician at my home after making an appointment, not to mention it was a Saturday. The technician, Blake Furukawa, called me in advance and was very punctual. When he arrived he was also very professional and personable. Blake explained everything that needed to get done. Although I was expecting just a tune-up that turned into a more costly job, my garage doors have never been quieter. Thank you!

My garage door broke at 7pm on a Friday night with company arriving within minutes from out of the state. Blake arrived by 9pm to repair the door. He did an exceptional job and we were so very thankful. The response time, technician knowledge and courtesy were all top notch. I got home at 1:15 and my door would not open. By 3:45 service tech was back in his truck and the door was working. I put in a call to the company and was greeted by Ashley who was very helpful. Plenty of communications were sent to me prior to the tech arriving. Everything was explained to me what needed to be done. JG went out of his way to give a step by step run down of what he was doing. I got new springs and will call again if the motor ever goes. thank you to Jonathan for a job well done in very HOT conditions

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service since we moved to Orlando seven years ago. On this occasion, our garage door wasn't closing completely. We got same day service; Jonathon was friendly and quickly identified/repaired the problem. Technicians are consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We appreciate that they do not try to SELL us things we don't need, but do review all components and advice on issues that may need attention in future. We will definitely continue to use Precision for our garage door needs.

Service from all employees was exceptional. My garage door broke in the morning and a technician was at my home later that same day in the afternoon. The technician was polite and explained all work that was done. Within 2 hours the springs and other worn out parts were replaced. My garage door is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it. This company is very impressive.

Spectacular Service! These guys are top notch! I have a double sized garage door that busted a spring and when I tried to use my garage door opener it busted the anchor point right off of the door. I made the appointment over the phone on a Sunday night and the girls name was "Madison" who scheduled my appointment for the next day. The tech Jonathan promptly called me 1/2 hour before my appointment to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me the pricing...which was very reasonable. Within an hour he had the door up much better than new as I also had the correct anchor bracket (super heavy duty for the 400lb door) and two bigger drums, along with new springs installed. These guys know their stuff....and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

i COULD NOT HAVE MORE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY PRECISION AND THE TECHNICIAN, DYLAN MAY. FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED UNTIL THE TECHNICIAN LEFT, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SEAMLESS. DYLAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. IT IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I MADE A MISTAKE BY CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY PRIOR TO CALLING PRECISION AND WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THE INEXPERIENCE OF THE TECHNICIANS WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT PRECISION. THEY SPENT LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND OF COURSE,I HAD TO PAY FOR A SERVICE CALL WITH NO RESOUTION. THANKS AGAIN FOR DYLAN AND PRECISION

I was pleasantly surprised when I called on Sunday that I was able to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning, between 8-10. The service man called me at 8:15 to say he was minutes away.I was concerned he would be able to repair the door. Cables had snapped, rollers had flown off,the door looked bad. He took a survey of the situation and reassured me that he in fact could repair the door. In a short amount of time the garage door was up and running. I want to thank everyone at Precision Door Service for the professional and very prompt service I received.
