We were delighted the technicians could address our garage door emergency with same day service! We appreciated Dylan's call to inform us of their arrival time and also liked the email with photos of the service representatives so we knew who to expect. Both Dylan and Willam were professional and courteous. They examined the issues and Dylan presented options before efficiently and effectively solving our problem. Our older, heavy door now operates quieter and with less labor on the motor unit. I found PGD on Angie's List after the service company we used previously could not provide immediate help when my car was trapped in the garage due to a broken door cable. Within15 minutes of my contact with Precision, I had a call back from a very professional-sounding woman who took my infirmation and said that Dylan would perform the repairs this evening between 6-8 p.m., that he would call me when he was on his way. (Ro-Mac said they would schedule me for four (4) days later. Ha!) Dylan did call, told me what time he would be here and then did exactly that. Within an hour of his arrival, he had completed the installation of new springs, gotten paid and was on his way. Awesome service from the company, and especially from Dylan. Needless to say, I won't be calling the "other" company ever again.

I chose this company based on urgency and google reviews; however, I was very impressed. I was very impressed by how prompt my call was answered to the actual service itself. The customer service rep was very polite and prompt. The 2 Technicians were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Dylan was the main tech who did the explaining and discuss our options. He was great. Overall, I hope I won't be needing service, but if I do, this company will be the first place I call. I would most definitely recommend Precision Door Service to friends and family. Dylan was our service person and was very professional. Came out within two hours of phone call to company. He saw how dangerous our situation was and did a 12 point inspection and gave me options on fixing my spring and coil wires. Then he has everything on his truck to fix my door. He cleaned up after himself and we were set to go within an hour. My husband is disabled and was happy to be able to get out garage door with his scooter or wheelchair. We called on December 6, 2016 around 11 a.m. and the Tech Dylan was on our property by 1 p.m ready to diagnose our garage door needs. He was very professional. Listened to our concerns, gave us his recommendations and accepted what we could do at this time to get our garage door in operational and safe condition at this time. Plan to call this Precision Company as needed.

The crew of two, were prompt, explained what their inspection revealed and what they recommended. They replace the spring set with new units and balance the door.
