Your business is absolutely top notch. We called at 9:30 last night and our appointment was scheduled for today. William called and arrived about 1:15. He was courteous and gave us all our options and we chose to replace the springs, cables, and rollers. He was quick and efficient. I highly recommend your company for all garage door problems.

After coming home from church Sunday morning, I realized that my garage door was having problem opening. I went in through the front door to open the garage from the inside, when I realized that one of my springs broke. From the time I called precision to the time the tech arrived at my house was no longer than an hour. I was very pleased because on a Sunday I thought I was gonna have to wait a long time. Dylan was our tech, very knowledgeable very courteous and very pleasant to talk to and ask questions about the job being done. I would definitely recommend precision to anyone. And I will definitely call them for any of my garage door needs.

I had the door come loose from the track at 5:30 in the evening. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. She gave me an appointment of 7:oo to 9:00 that night. The service guys were there and repaired the door by 6:30. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly reccomend Precision Door.

When our garage door stopped moving naturally we thought the opener was failing. I was suprised because the precision system seemed very efficient. It turned out after roughly 14 years the spring snapped. The repairman was friendly, courteous and gave us a very fair price replacing both springs with a five year warranty! I can recommend this comapany without reservation.

The work was servicing the door itself and was a fair price but the services rendered were with more than that. First the tech showed up promptly, was polite, quick and thorough. 2nd he went above and beyond and instructed me how to reprogram the system (Keypad and remotes) and then realigned the sensors for me. He did give me a suggestion to replace the springs but was not pushy at all. He merely made aware of a potential issue and thanked me for my business. He needs a pat on the back, for sure! We called in around 6:30pm and the receptionist said she could have someone here between 7-9 pm. Kevin Coker called from his previous appointment and let us know very professionally he was running late and would still make the appointed time, but that it would be on the later part. Kevin showed up at 8:50 pm. Inspected the situation and was able to repair the garage door and be finished and on his way before 10pm. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable of what needed to be done. We would recommend Pecision Doors to anyone for there services.

This is a great company. They come any day...no extra charge....on our last cold night, my garage door wouldn't open....I called at midnight on Saturday, got a live person who scheduled my repair the next day. There was no charge because it was under warranty. In May, a spring was installed but it was too small. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

Bill showed up promptly and looked at my broken spring. He had replacement parts on his truck and quickly replaced the springs and now the garage door works better than ever.
